The host is easy to communicate with regarding all our needs for our convenience like she provided us drinking water more than enough for our stay, toiletries, and some kitchenwares we needed, even clothes rack new ironing board. We definitely like the swimming pools especially the water slider for our two kids.

The rooms are too dark specially the bedroom. Double curtains would be great for natural light to comes in and still have privacy. The light next to the toilet and bedroom needs to be checked, sometimes it’s blinking and not working.

The bed was insanely comfortable, the location was amazing for fitness street, the sauna and cold plunge was amazing, and the views from the room were amazing. Would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Bed was so good, feel like staying at home, have BBQ outside can use, huge room and have everything you need in the kitchen. Everything in this room is new. I love here

The AC wasn't working properly, and the room takes a very long time to cool. You only get one key so leaving the AC on while you're out isn't an option. But I must mention that I didn't bring the issue to the management's attention, who may or may not have done something about it.

I recently stayed at this property and was deeply disappointed. The room we were initially given did not match the pictures online, and even after being moved, the quality was far from what was advertised. Despite a promotional rate suggesting a luxury experience, we faced numerous issues: ants in the bed, shower, and balcony; ineffective air conditioning; grimy windows; unclean entrance; and a blocked toilet. These problems significantly detracted from our stay, leading us to check out early and find another hotel. This experience was not what we expected from a property, especially given the high price point suggested. I hope future guests won’t face similar disappointments.

Aircon is turned off during the day so nowhere for relief from the heat. Very stingy. The Thai staff at the restaurant part across from the reception were the rudest people I’ve met after 9 months living in Thailand. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and they just pretended we didn’t exist while they stood behind the bar laughing. I heard this experience from others in our room also.

where to begin. in 3 days I didn't see the staff smile once, or say any words like please or thank you etc. it generally made us feel unwelcome. the 'mattress' in the private room was harder than concrete, you simply couldn't sleep there. I definitely suggest to stay somewhere else, in fact I used this hotel to store my stuff since I had already paid and slept somewhere else.
