The rooms are too dark specially the bedroom. Double curtains would be great for natural light to comes in and still have privacy. The light next to the toilet and bedroom needs to be checked, sometimes it’s blinking and not working.

The host is easy to communicate with regarding all our needs for our convenience like she provided us drinking water more than enough for our stay, toiletries, and some kitchenwares we needed, even clothes rack new ironing board. We definitely like the swimming pools especially the water slider for our two kids.

Beautyful complex. Amazing garden, pool and all entrainment. Clean room and helpful staff. Gym was really good and good size. It was nice that after 21 supposed to be quiet on pool area.

none of the toiletries were provided, even a roll of tissue and the pillows are thick which aren't comfortable for sleeping but the overall stay was good. The river-like pool was the best view from the room :)

The owners are just too much. They are polite and helpful, and trying to do their best. But I never talked that much when I booked the room. I need only the information about check in. I don’t need all other conversations, especially before the check in. They also requesting deposit, which is inconvenient for the model of checking in, because they don’t meet you personally, so you just giving money to the housekeeper, whom you need to wait. And in the end no one even checks the room, so what is the point of the deposit? Moreover, they requested to talk via line app, which makes the procedure hidden from booking.com and makes me feel insecure, because it is one thing when hotel requires deposit, and another is the private person, and there are cases sometimes… but here everything was clear, deposit refunded 100%. Just the whole situation made me feel under the pressure.

New building, exceptionally clean, beautiful design. Everything about the room is satisfying and totally worth the value. The entrance to the pool straight from the room is a pleasant bonus.

- Location is too far from any restaurants, beach, etc You'll need to count on taxis or rent a motorbike to get somewhere. (or walk for minimum 20 minutes) - Maintenance of the room (cleanliness was ok), especially the aircon. The first thing I always check when I enter a room is the aircon. The aircon was never thoroughly cleaned before and was completely dark brown inside with a thick layer of dirt, so the room smelled moldy / damp. Even after I asked to clean the aircon (which I already partly did myself before a technician came to clean it properly), the damp smell was still there, only a bit less, still coming mostly from the aircon. It didn't feel very healthy to stay in this room, knowing the smell are bacteria bringing the air quality down a lot. It also seems that all the furniture like the bed and curtains also need to be cleaned to get the smell out. - The many mosquitoes around are also a problem, just opening a door to go in or outside is enough to let a bunch of mosquitoes into the room. - It's quite dark in the room, small window and door to the balcony with the sunlight coming from the other side of those. - The mattress was still a bit hard for my taste, even though it looked like a real one compared to the common cement/concrete mattresses they have in Thailand.

When we arrived we had some minor issues but after talking with the hostess it was very quick resolved. She very quick response and very helpfull. Booking say 650 meter from the beach, but it is more distance

Very nice swimmingpool and gym, very clean and well mainteneted. Nice room with all the things you need. Even 2 televisions and airconditionings
