It was a bit sad. The rooms dont have windows but overall it was ok for the price paid

The place was Ok, a bit unprotected because there was almost no staff in the building. But overall was a good stay.

I’m a regular budget traveler so I’m used to budget stays, but this room grossed me out. I used the room twice with 5 days in between and there was some miscellaneous white gloop with hair in it on the floor the first time I was there, and then again 5 DAYS LATER So disgusting. I booked this room to do an interview and thought it would be a welcome treat after staying in hostels to have a room to myself but I did the interviews and left asap. no windows and very basic room with a shared bathroom. The second time they didn’t tell me which room to go to, but just left two pairs of keys out. just as I was about to start my interview the lady burst in and told me I was in the wrong room and that I had to get out. There was never anyone at reception. Even for the price I wouldn’t recommend.

Old building. Toilet not in the room, and the toilet in the floor was broken. I had to go a floor up to get to the toilet. There was no paper and i needed to go another floor up. Shower do not give a nice feeling.

- no parking lot (even in nearby area, I can't park without police lock my car the next day. I use the parking in Ramaland Building which 1.7 km away. It cost 100 Baht/12 hrs.)

The bathroom on floor 3 is tiny and could use some upgrades as well as a few hooks and a little shelf on the wall for your clothes while you shower. (the bathrooms upstairs are better)

Very good location, a 3 minute walk from the busy road which means it’s quiet at night. I took a private room which was quite large for a hostel.

most of the floors and the bathrooms were dirty and or broken.my toilet next to my room didn’t have a seat so I had to go downstairs and use that one.the counter tops in my room were dirty.Jon coffee maker or water provided.very basic accommodations

This was supposed to be my third stay with them but it truly disappoint me. I've made sure to book the highest rate for the non-sharing room in hopes to get at least a room with a window for 3 nights as I have allergies to dust, but nope, I even texted them through the apps 19 days before my arrival asking if any room with a window is available or not but their answer was "if have available", why didn't you confirm it back to me immediately if the room with window is booked or not, if it's not booked, you can assign to me, if booked, then tell me, I ask them twice but no answer received until the day of my arrival. When we arrived at around 1930, there was no reception available when their notes to us were "reception 0700 - 2200" but no one was there, and we need to use Line apps to get through them but they didn't receive our text at all, we tried to call through the apps still no answer we were tired and hungry, luckily we are using roaming data to call them just to be able to get the door password, the lobby is empty, it like an empty building, no safety at all, my room keys were on the reception table together with my booking ID's and confirmations details, ON THE TABLE where everyone can see and together with other guest keys and information. The lobby was dusty, hot and empty, the kitchen or pantry doesn't look like it was cleaned, it was like no one actually staying there, the toilet is leaking, smelly and dirty, our room? no window on the 4th floor. We went out looking for other nearest hotel and getting our dinner, while leaving our luggage in the room, we checked out the same night at around 2300 as we did not feel safe in the building and the surrounding. Oh! we tried to do cancellation and tried applying it two days straight, but still, rejected it as they stated there "guest already checked-in" did you not see the key I put on the table? and did you not check the room?

No one is there to awnser the door and they want you to call on WhatsApp so if you’ve just arrived you have to find a cafe with wifi. Then no one awnsered the phone so I had to go elsewhere

Air conditioning stop working from 12pm till 6pm evening.

I would say the never have an experience of dormitory rooms like thia before. A place is highly recommended, cosy, comfortable, very close to the amenities, public transport and km away from the malls.

I went upstairs like in 5th floor with my heavy luggage without any help. The person I talked to was vey rude so i didn't ask for help as she insinuate it in the first place.

When I complain about the bed that's dirty they were able to send me to another room but without any help.
