The least comfortable bed I’ve been in my whole trips, top bunks a little awkward to get into, pretty tight sleep quarters, have to pay to play pool

I booked a bed in the female dormitory but they put me in the mixed. Only after I connected to the WiFi after I arrived in the room I read their message on booking saying that the female dormitory was not available. At least they could have said something when I checked in. I stayed only one night and it was okay.

Nice hostel close to the old town, clean. Nice common areas.

where to begin. in 3 days I didn't see the staff smile once, or say any words like please or thank you etc. it generally made us feel unwelcome. the 'mattress' in the private room was harder than concrete, you simply couldn't sleep there. I definitely suggest to stay somewhere else, in fact I used this hotel to store my stuff since I had already paid and slept somewhere else.

Some staff were friendly enough others couldn't care less. There are urinals in the open in the shared bathroom so can see someone taking a pee while brushing your teeth. Mattresses aren't mattresses but a solid leather block more suited to outdoor furniture...so uncomfortable. The blanket isn't a blanket but an actual large towel. Air con gets turned off at 7.30am which I am all for saving electricity but that's extremely early. Just a bit of a weird vibe here.

was sure this place would be decent after many positive reviews, but i was pretty disappointed. we got one of the private rooms and when we got there discovered it had no window even though we believed we would be getting the one that did have the window especially as we were staying for 4 nights. the sheets smelled unclean and there was no mattress on the bed (pictures below it’s literally just the hard leather bed frame) … just weird vibes all throughout and hostile staff who were consistently rude. the whole place just has such an uncomfortable feeling to it im so surprised that it has positive reviews at all

No windows in the dorms and the place smelled like weed. They should really make a rule about that.

Everything was great.

Great modern spacious hostel. Super convenient location, walking distance to several restaurants, 7-11, and main street of Old Phuket Town. Easy check-in and check out process. Luggage storage is available with the front desk. The free breakfast is adequate, with free coffee and tea. Nice set up in the back garden. Entire place was clean and comfortable. Strong wifi. Plenty of parking for both cars and bikes.

Sorry but someone should say a truth about this place.... Fortunately I stay only one night. First of all Stuff is very unfriendly, never even smile. The room has 18 beds. I have got a bed what was not on the pictures. The owner is hiding that information to get more bookings, but it's absolutely same price for any bed. My bed was in very small, like extra space to main room with six beds very close to each other, like behind each other.... and I said I don't want to stay here please return my money because it was not on the picture and I don't agree to stay such bed, if I know that I never book this hostel. And they said they cannot return my money. Ok... I asked to change my bed and they said they are fully booked... but actually next bed nobody stay that night, which one was pretty close to fan. Yes!! this room is just a FAN Room, not air conditioning room!!! Aircon had 27°C, same temperature like outside and even with limit time to use it. My bed wasn't getting any wind from fan and aircon of course was not cooling the air at all. The place is really freaky about economy electricity, so you cannot use aircon in the room 24 hours. When I booked this place it didn't say aircon is limit in the room. But stuff on aircon 2:00 p.m. and off 7:30 a.m. sharp. The morning it was very hot and terrible smelling in the room when it's 17 people as my terrible night in the same room and some guys are drunk, smoked, duty socks etc. I feel like in prison for own money. Next: the hostel is not changing bed sheets every check out. My bed was dirty, it was a lot of hair on bed sheet!! so I didn't sleep on their bed sheet, I cover the bed my own blanket and sleep on it. And the pillow you can clear to see: they just turn it another side but another side of pillow was already used by someone previous night. I used my travel pillow as well. The place is very noisy! some people are awake and hanging out inside the hostel!!! until 2:00 a.m.

There is a Spanish guy who is always there just drinking and smoking pot, is not part of the staff, but is still quite annoying. The breakfast can be improved. But it is better than nothing :)

The staff is really gentle and helpful. The premises are great and the place is comfortable and cozy.

It was all a hoax, he says that tetar services, coffee, towels, none of that were there. The reception service is really bad, they charge money in advance and then they don't return it anymore
