There are 2 minor things that prevent this hotel from being excellent, the toaster machines need fixing or replacing, and the self serve coffee machines produce only warm coffee at best, these are 2 things that are easy fixes and have unfortunately been overlooked for a number of years.

Shower was good, but too much water went on the floor and made it slippery. Maybe a different shower head would help?

Not really very much to complain about. When we arrived there was only one tiny cup in the room, one mug & no glasses which was a little bit strange considering it was a self-contained studio for 2 people, but that was minor & rectified with a call to reception. I thought we had booked a room with a view of the City but it was an internal view of nothing but the building, which didn't matter that much as we were out a lot of the time. It also would have been good if the Tuk Tuk was in service to help when leaving with bags/cases to get us closer to the BTS but once again not a major issue. All only minor things.

Everything was generally lovely & a really good size room & service. We didn't have the breakfast in the morning but the restaurant looked really nice. Location was great being close to the BTS, shops, restaurants & bars. The Staff were fantastic and very pleasant & helpful. Everything was very clean.

Compared to price the place is good, I planned to move to another property but extended to the same place as happy with the service and upgraded to a bigger family room.

The location was great, and they accepted me for early check-in as I arrived early.

Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Room service meals were fantastic and reasonably priced. The washer/dryer was a welcome bonus. The already clean room was serviced every day. Pool was great for relaxing and light exercise (towels provided)

1. The bathroom shower needs a shower curtain. The water spills over and puddles in front of the toilet and door, creating a safety hazard. It's a really basic thing but I was very surprised they have missed this. 2. The food is very average, so paying for breakfast was not value for money at all.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is very good, walking distance from Nana BTS station, and the hotel also provides free tuk tuk shuttle to the station every hour. The room has a vibe of being old, but it is clean, basic and functional. They provided plastic bottles on day 1 but next day onwards only provided water in glass bottles.

Due to we extend stay in Ayutthaya and delay one day return to Bangkok , We request to cancel one night but was not allowed. Booking. Com also not replying to our request 😤 We paid two nights and stayed only one night.Booking.com need to be more friendly and flexible to genius member to change travel plans
