My mother and I went on a trip together and stayed at this hotel. The staff of the hotel were extremely enthusiastic and professional. The room was very clean, and the hardware facilities were quite good. What's more, my electric toothbrush that I left behind in the hotel was properly kept, which allowed me to successfully retrieve it.

They have a good small kitchen but without dishes u have to request and put a deposit.

Loaction a bit far from center was discomfort have to go a bit distance for options of food and all don't provide any budget freindly options for airport transfer

Not much, it’s nice that the location was further away from the main part of patong but not too far away from it either.

Nothing the property exceeds expectations for value for money and I would 100% rebook to stay here again.

The location of the property is brilliant, only a 10 min walk away from the beach and a similar amount of time walking to bars and restaurants. The grand deluxe room is fab! Bed was very comfortable and the room was a brilliant standard for what we paid for our stay. Amazing value for money.

Sometimes we ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced. But we just got some at the front desk.

The room was sufficient. The breakfast was great. We really loved Fang at the front desk. But all hotel employees were super helpful and awesome too. The bed was super comfy, I usually can't sleep in beds other than my own, but man I was knocked out every night. The pool is amazing, and there's a bar right there too. Accommodation is close enough to walk to the beach and Bangla, but far enough to be away from the crazy nightlife.

We had a pleasant stay here for 4 nights. However, we were not happy with how we were dealt with when we requested for a breakfast take away for the next day since we had a tour pick up scheduled at 7:00 and their breakfast service starts exactly at 7:00. We had requested for it the night before and the lady in the reception said it would not be possible since the kitchen is already closed - yet they have dinner service daily. So how? Come morning, I went down the restaurant at 6:55AM to at least get some bread and coffee for us yet the person in charge the restaurant who was having her breakfast nicely said we have to wait exactly 7:00. I saw the breakfast counter was already set up. We just needed some bread but were told we had to wait exactly 7:00. Totally weird for a 4star hotel.

We were in a family room. It was clean and spacious, looked new and it has a decent sized balcony. It comes with a kitchen but unfortunately, not a single sight of kitchen utensils. Not even a set of cutleries. There was a coffee maker and the normal coffee/tea selection but was shocked that it’s chargeable. Good thing we never had to use it during our entire stay.

The hotel is quite far from restaurants and bars etc you will also get woken up every morning at 5am by the local mosque

The Reception staff were rude and tried to charge us again for our bill saying we hadn't paid it when we had a receipt. There could of been more starters on the restaurant menu. There was never staff at the bar at the pool.

The room was lovely, comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were really nice, there was one friendly man at the reception, the cleaners were friendly and the hotel manager was lovely. They dressed our room up for my husbands birthday and left him cake.

Room quite small, limited space to put big luggage.

Perfect location for muslim traveller. It’s close to the mosque, means can easily find halal food nearby. Room is clean, bathroom is spacious.

The room we had, had no view at all. No microwave, no iron in the room, no cutlery in the room, no cloths to wipe down any of the surfaces such as the sink or basin.

It was central to most places, patong beach was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean and they were very accommodating, the staff working there were really friendly and helpful. Included breakfast buffet which was lovely. They provided us with clean towels everyday and bottled water. Had AC in the room.

On departure we requested to book a taxi 4 door sedan to go to the airport (there was a sign in the reception that showed the maximum number of people for each type of vehicle) the sign in the reception clearly stated that 3 people could hire the sedan. But the reception staff refused to let us book it and were trying to make us book a 6 person van. When asked what the reason was they said the luggage won't fit. We told them that we only had 3 backpacks after which they changed the reason to only 2 people can go in the sedan as per hotel policy. They insisted that we could only hire the van.
