The male receptionists spent their time watching movies or sleeping.The rooms are badly in need of upgrading and painting. Towels and linen were threadbare and usually had black marks on them when they were given as clean. This happens because they wash all laundry in domestic type washing machines which are in the carpark. White laundry in hotels needs proper, hygienic cleansing this does not happen here.

The WiFi was very poor at the desk and the location is a bit of a walk from the nearest MRT station (15-20 minutes)

The bed is comfy, friendly staff, good shower, clean, they replaced empty glass water bottles daily (you just have to leave them outside your door), good-sized balcony and the AC is very good.

Building is a little bit old, aesthetically not as pleasing

The location is quiet but still very close to everything in Bangkok. Weekend market in the area is famous and is a must see!!

Shower didn't have much pressure, bed was quite hard, and the location wasn't perfect we had to get metro everywhere we went or grab. So if you wanted somewhere quiet with a few things to do away from the city it's perfect.

It was okay, for what we paid it's what we got, the staff were really helpful and friendly, property didn't reeeaallyy look like the photos but it was close.

Some things weren't like in the picture. A little bit of old furniture.

It was very clean. Fresh water every day. Cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly. Internet worked well. Have access to washing and drying machines. AC worked well. Blackout curtains. The pillows were also good. Comfortable working space.

In case you want to go sightseeing, have some drinks or want to visit a restaurant, this hotel might not be the right one for you. It's quite far away from the city center, but Grab can take you there easily.

If you are searching for a comfortable hotel close to Mochit New Van Terminal this place is for you! It only took us a few minutes to get there by grab and were amazed by the view of the room - you could see Bangkok's beautiful skyline at night! The bathroom was clean and spacious, as well as the bedroom. The bed was large and we slept very well.

Mattress was very hard. Room was smelly when entered first time. Air condition was noisy. Room didn’t clean unless I put make up. But when I checked before I booked they mentioned daily room cleaning. terrace was close forever. But it says terrace is available. Location was not good that what I looking for. And there is no safety box to keep expensive things.

A good breakfast in the morning near by was missing but with grab even that is possible.

Great customer service. The receptionists were all very friendly and extremely helpful and made our stay more easy. Everything is available what was needed to make a short stay convenient. Easy comfortable place with close distance by grab to all the shopping centers around.

This wasn't about the property but found that 3 x taxis were reluctant to drive us there! No idea why - however we used grab a couple of times and that was fine. Had a short moment when water didn't work in the property but didn't last long for it to cause any issues. Maybe not the prettiest of surroundings but was perfectly functional and good value for money

We booked this place due to its location as we wanted one night after flying from Bangkok, which was then fairly close to the central bus station. We were jet lagged and was perfect for us to rest for one night before our onward journey. Room was spacious, clean, tidy and maybe slightly higher than expectations. Decent shower and kettle/hot water facilities which we appreciated. Some good cheap food options a short walk away.

balcony was a little dirty. Tiny ants crawling everywhere near the bathroom. Beds were very hard.

It is nice and comfortable, airconditioning works well. the view is very nice! For this price it’s fine!
