How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

No elevator. With a baby and stroler you hvae some carryubg to do every day by the stairs.

You could hear music from the nearby bars and restaurants playing in the evening. It was quite pricey however this is probably our own fault for booking last minute. It was about 15/20 mins or so to the main area of Chaweng which is walkable but it would have been nice to stay a bit more central.
Room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel had plenty of trips on offer plus an airport transfer service.

A little loud at night, floors were a little dirty which is a pet hate of mine
The property was in a good location to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Very spacious property with fully equipped. Air con worked great.

Room isn't soundproof, so you can hear people walking and talking from hallway. Nothing major.
Very spacious room and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located not too far from beach and central areas. There are lots of cafes, restaurant and shops around the hotel. Easy access from everywhere. Special thanks to cleaning staffs for alway keeping the room clean.

No view to sea as says in booking , there is a new hotel built between sea and green hotel , and it is a bit noisy from parking of neighbor hotel .

One bed was very hard, although did sleep, the duvet cover was grey(white) and had tears in, stains on pillow cases and sheets...but was clean. We were woken each night by other residents sitting outside our room at 3am or people knocking on door or just loud. apart from that it was well priced.
Initially I was disappointed, there was a loud noise coming from the air con, kept me awake all night and I didn't realise i had booked a hotel with no pool, breakfast or anything. However, the staff are amazing. The aircon was fixed the next day. I also realised that it was 2 mins from beach, central to everything, scooters outside and paid breakfast next door. We used a luxury hotel for pool and loungers! I remember I booked because only place that had 3 single beds for 3 adults. Room was huge. Staff were so helpful, they booked everything for me and went out of way to be helpful.

A bit outdated and needs some updating
Close to all the shops and main road with great cafe shop downstairs. 100m walk to the beach!

It would be even better if the TV had Netflix!
The large room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The shower room was also spacious, as was the balcony. The rooms were meticulously cleaned on a daily basis. There was a fridge and a kettle :-) The location was great - close to the beautiful beach and restaurants.

We had a brilliant last minute stay here. It’s literally 2 seconds from the beach, bars and restaurants, the staff are wonderful, the restaurant underneath is great and the room was a great size

Beds a bit hard for my old bones but saying that I slept well
Great location, bars and restaurants within minutes. Night Market 15 minutes walk. Beach 2 minutes. Had family room. Double bed and single bed with balcony. Cleaned daily. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Room didn’t close so well sometimes, you would always have to double check the door.
Very nice apartment, very good location close to the beach. Around 20 mins walk to party area.
