The hotel is more or less ok, clean, spacious, though needs investmens. BUT be aware that any movement from the establishment shall cost you min 5 eur One way, as it is hardly possible to reach even the beach, not to mention restaurants, shopping or entertainment.

The whole establishment lacked little things to improve the stay. The room was lovely but a slight Ant problem in the bathroom and behind the bed was very dusty. View of the location was great but was a 200 Baht to get to Karon Beach. Other hotels had people flagging down Tuk Tuk’s, this was not the case here. Only help we got was in the evening from the security guard who actually stopped us getting in 2 immediately available Tuk Tuk’s to get in his friends instead which we waiting 15 minutes for and tried to charge us 300 Baht. Had a restraint on site but drinks and food was very expensive compared to elsewhere considering the location being away from shops. There was also a pool bar and one at the bottom of the hill but neither were staffed at any point during our stay which felt like a massive waste.

The room itself was very nice and the view was phenomenal.

I feel the price was too high The hotel is very tired and needs renovating, the photos are not recent Need to increase the number of shuttle buses into karon and kata The layout of the hotel isn’t great and some guests have to cross a busy road to get to the main hotel This isn’t made clear on website

The staff where really nice but they need more staff The view was nice from our room but I would note I think need to be careful about which room you book. Breakfast was good

The service has become very poor and slow. The food last year at the restaurant, used to be amazing, tasted, and very well presented . This year it was just disgusting. My chicken was uncooked and not tasted at all. Service at the restaurant very slow. Breakfast buffet everyday the same choices, no pastry. Clean room service came to clean the room at 5pm, nap time after a beach day. Unacceptable. It was the 4th time we go to this hotel because we loved it, but after the last experience has been the last time we stay at Secret Cliff.

Must cross a 4 lane hwy to get to the front desk and restaurant from the standard rooms. They do offer a shuttle for crossing the hwy. The buffet breakfast is average to a little below average. Views from the restaurant makeup for it.

Good views. Good location between Karon and Pa tong beaches. Ether beach is a quick 5-10 minute scooter taxi ride.

The price was very exaggerated compared to the quality of the hotel. I paid around 8500 bht for 1 night after dscount but honestly, after i stayed in it, i wouldn't pay more than 1500 bht a night. The hotel is old and the room is very basic. Nothing so special about it other than a very nice picture from a high level on the cliff.

The only advantage of the hotel is that it is overlooking the whole karon beach from a high level and it has some nice landscape in it.

At breakfast and pool there is some background music, BUT some selfish tourists look loudly to tiktok, insta, FB, movies, music, put on tablet for their kids with loud animation...🤦‍♂️ The staff should tell to turn off the speaker of mobiles or tablets!! Or put some stickers! 👍 Earphones would be a good invention!! 🤦‍♂️ The very busy main road separates the resort in two.

The place is difficult to reach, there is only one time shuttle bus to Karon or Patong, so if you Dont drive motorcycles you will be in trouble, the rooms wasnt clean, mattress and bedsheets were very dirty, many stains , old furniture

Shuttle into Karon or Patong only one drop off no pick ups. Pool under renovation. Some staff speak nor understand English at all, so no pool bar service.

The staff came for room cleaning when we were not in the room, without our permission . Though nothing was taken from our things but it is a little uncomfortable. U must ask for the permission.

That there was a renovation being done next to the pool. So all dust and sands goes in the pool due to the wind blowing towards it.

But I did not like the room according to the prices, they should understand for what purpose the client is coming for and should allocate room according to that. Also I would have like room in there main hotel side but they provided us room on the other side of hotel which was also not better
