    “Horrific service quality and cleanliness!! Do not book. Currently dealing with my credit card due to several apparent fraudulent attempts to charge my account on ten occasions three different amounts from this establishment with many attempts throughout the night whilst we were asleep. No communication as to why from the owners. No towels, many services not available. Mice poop in the rooms stained bedding dirty and dusty fridge filthy amongst many things to extensive to go through.”

The pool are was the cleanest part of the hotel - we had to go stay with family in another total 8 people in double room bed - because it was so late - terrible”

I got into lubbock at 11:30 pm and didn't have a room to stay in. It was graduation weekend I went to 6 hotels before I found a room for double what my reservation was for”
