“The staff and services were non-existing, no service or assistance in any regard ! Window was broken and standing on the floor, staff which I eventually got hold of said it was our problem, they can’t fix, we were on the ground floor with no window… it was hot and AC didn’t even make a difference to room temp. Acon was old, make such a noise that we had to eventually put it off… couldn’t sleep. Couldn’t close vertical blinds because of the opening where the window was suppose to be… was making a noise with the wind pushing it against the frame !! Again ../couldn’t sleep and we paid almost R6000 for one night ! Total rip off !!! Our unit looks like it was 1/2 way refurb rest of building old and dirty !!! Linen too small for the bed….”
