Could have been cleaned better and the ceiling fans needs a good cleaning. The door to the porch doesn't shut all the way

We called for maintenance to replace lights in Microwave over the stove, but they never came. The floor needed to be mopped desperately. Our feet would be pure black on the bottom every time we walked across it barefooted. The property no longer has access to the Private Beach we were told by the rude Manager of the Sheridan next door and he longer allows you to fish on the docks except for in the first few feet of the walkway which is to shallow to fish in. Then he came by making rude remarks and laughing saying “you want catch any fish there”. Extremely RUDE man!!

For the facility, they should warm the pool more for spring break. This was our 2nd year there because we love the location and view, but the pool is too cold to swim in for April. The smaller, kid pool is warm, but not cleaned, full of leaves and bugs. The large pool is beautiful, just not useable at that temp.

For the price we paid, unit 203 had so much space, and things were mostly up to date. The master bath was large, king bed super comfy, kitchen spacious with lots of supplies. The 2nd bedroom & bathroom were great for the kids, and away from the living space and master if you need to put them to bed and still be up. Laundry worked great. Keurig in kitchen. The TV had a fire stick I believe, so we were able to sign in and use our apps for shows and movies. View of the pool and water were beautiful.

Got numerous bites while out on screened balcony. Perhaps previous renter kept a pet on balcony that had fleas.

The unavailability of a bathroom on the beach. I paid for a returnable laundry card ( which would be more convenient to have on both properties) it would be nice to have a returnable card for a bathroom closer to the beach.

I liked the location and that there was someone available to bring chairs to us on the beach when our arms were already full. Charles was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The pool was shut down during our visit for renovation. The pool was our main source of relaxation on our trip, other than a pontoon ride and my husband went fishing. I think we should have been told up front that the pool would be closed for all of our trip but three days. it would have made a difference in our decision to stay at the property.

The property is beautiful. The pool area and rooms are very nice and clean.

Construction going on, blindes in main living room didn't work to block out sun or give privacy, patio was dirty and notable to sit and enjoy coffee or eat out on. Not enough toiletries, garage bags, cleaning supplies for a 10 day stay, broken glass chips on floor when arrived. Garbage disposal is broken and water is backing up in sink and has a smell even if unused. No other or extra blankets and linens available in unit. Told to ask questions at from desk but only vascasa can help as it was booked by 3rd party.

Cleanliness- room was dirty upon check in. Floors dirty/ hair throughout unit/ dirty commode in spare room. Hair on ice maker (ice maker didn't work) Mold in master shower. This unit needs a deep cleaning! Poor management/communication to resolve issues- 🥲

Beautiful location on the bay/private beach. Very nice pool/ It is unfortunate that I was unable to access because of a missing pool fob (every unit should have) Management failed to provide after multiple phone calls/ attempt to obtain to be able to utilize. If a unit maintained by Vacasa stay clear. They were great at apologizing but never resolved the issue. FAIL!

Floors were nasty. Needs to be mopped. Room was not cleaned by 400pm. We had to leave condo after cleaning crew showed up. Condo had damage to fridge. Walls needed painting. Rug dirty. Furniture dirty. no beach access. No gym.

No breakfast at facility. It was a quiet place.

I didn't like the fact that I called the rental agency and Ms Melissa told me to come to the office to get a trash bag or stated their was a family dollars I could pick it up from. Mms Melissa doesn't know she was speaking with. And those wouldn't allow me to sleep

Well I wasn’t fond of the black mold in the only working bathroom. The second bathrooms tub didn’t work at all. now move on to the trashed ripped up furniture. I’m sure it was nice at some point but this unit needs a thorough scrub done and some updated decor. the small bedroom had FOUR lamps, a ceiling fav and four dusty fake flower arrangements. i felt like I was back at Grandma’s house. Neither of the beds had mattress protectors….guess how I know? i had to wash the sheets due to a pee stain and makeup (not mine) on the sheets. i would never stay here again, or use Booking.com.

we love Reflections at Bay Point, this was our sixth time staying in different units in the building.

The door going into the master bathroom sticks really bad. The mechanism needs replacement.

It was fairly close to restaurants and stuff in the area. We had a great time sampling new restaurants and shopping! The pool and hot tub were amazing, best part about the place!

Tv wasnt working for the first 2 days of our stay. AC setting very low. Condo was chilly.

The room needed more trash bags and heavier blankets on the beds for my kids. Those are small complaints that were solved by a trip to the store.

Our family loved the quietness of Reflections. We have stayed numerous times at properties on Front Beach Rd and Reflections was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious room for everyone to spread out and a peaceful experience. Very short drive to St Andrews Park for beautiful beaches. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lots of room in the condo. Loved how the rooms weren’t on top of each other. Both bathrooms were very spacious and had plenty of room for multiple people to get ready at once without being on top of one another. Loved the pool and the hot tub!
