Close to where we needed to be. Stores,restaurants and all we needed right in the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Owner response was the exceptional. The owner obviously does their best to meet peoples needs

Walls and floors are thin, so if there’s someone in the other apartment you will hear everything – moving around, conversations, etc. Pillows are really flat. The carpet in the entry and stairs could use a good cleaning. At least a vacuuming. The walls and ceilings in the bathroom have mildew or mold on the edges. No shampoo or conditioner.

Good location, in general very clean, easy check in, decent internet speed, off-street parking.

No central air, though there was a window air conditioner in the living room. Each bedrooms did have ceiling fans and the owner brought another fan to use. Fortunately the temperatures dropped in the evening so that helped cool things off a bit.

The apartment is very pleasant and was in a convenient location, close to my work destination. Nice, quiet neighborhood. There were actually deer roaming around the neighbors home when I pulled in the driveway, they wandered over into the yard as I walked onto the front porch. The apartment is nicely decorated and very welcoming. Monique does have a flair for decorating. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Monique in person but she responded to messages very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as promised. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. There was COMMUNICATION! From beginning to end if I had any questions they were answered right away. I appreciated that.

The apartment only has two beds. They are full size, not queen size, so if you require extra space, keep this in mind.

Convenient location for visiting Cleveland. I liked the two separate bedrooms which allowed for privacy for our late sleepers.

The property sits right off of a main road on a quiet street. It’s within minutes of several shopping and dining centers. Spacious as well.

Needed a toaster in the kitchen and was surprised there were no laundry facilities. Also the owner renovating downstairs resulted in solder fumes in our apartment one night. Once we informed them they stopped that activity.

Great location in South Euclid. Comfortable accomodation.

It was just odd that there were tenants that lived below. They were fine and did not bother us in anyway I just felt like I was intruding on their space. They didn’t say or do anything……I just felt that way.

The apartment was super cute and everything you would need was stocked and ready to use!

Television wasn’t working but she let made us aware before our stay. Tennant downstairs was a bit loud when she returned home. it was after 10 pm & quiet times 9p-9a; Floor squeaked & was afraid it was loud for the tenant downstairs while we were getting ready to leave in the morning.

it looked exactly like the photos; the owner was attentive and easy to reach; very comfortable living space and neighborhood; close to our activity and dinner options made easy as it is close to main business district. Tastefully decorated and equipped with all you need. So happy to have found it instead of hotel. Great little balcony with privacy curtains and solar lighting. Price was excellent!
