The drivers of the shuttle didn’t help me with my bag. I am 63 and the bag was heavy. I can do it but I wasn’t told to bring bag ton back or automatically help, he just watched . Other park and ride services Inhave used automatically provide this and I always tip but not this time!

It lacks decent food and refreshments but there’s a seafood grill on the corner of the property which helps. The hotel itself is showing signs of its age but not too problematic.

Complementary hotel transfers. Outside pool area to rest. Convenient location to the airport for pre or post flight. Excellent sized TV in hotel room.

The carpet very old . The plugs and lamps at the room were not working properly . Could have earlier breakfast for 1st hours flights. Staff ok

Breakfast was disappointing. All the plates and cutlery was smelly (like you can smell the unforgettable smell of eggs from each plate and cutlery item. Throughout our stay, only 1 elevator was working and people had to wait for 2 minutes to get to their turn.

That they charge for breakfast that was ridiculous 40.00 dollars for the 2 of us and they didn’t have anything worth that I had a whole better breakfast and free at other hotel stay I would not come back

Some of the front desk staff did not seem to want to listen to things with the reservation payment that needed to be done. Finally got a manager to agree to make the changes, but really had to explain to him before he agreed to

Shuttle pick up was not a good experience, driver did not stop at pick up point, by the time we recognize the van it had pass , had to Waite 40 min for it to pass again. Hotel needs a make over. Tap in bathroom bad leak all night.

in our room there was no coffee and no amenities (like lotion, shower cap) other than the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the shower.

Breakfast - Had to pay for breakfast and there was not much options...The food was cold and water that was supposed to be iced water was hot...Very much disappointing...Could've went to the restaurant down the street where we could've actually eaten food.

The elevator is really slow.

Good hotel for an overnight stay in between flights. Close to the airport and easy to reach with the free shuttel service. They offer clean rooms, good beds, option to have a quick dinner and a drink at the hotel and a decent breakfast, for a good price.

I heard music from near by …rooms aren’t very well insulated as you could hear doors slamming and others’ conversations. They only had one working elevator due to renovations. Luckily my stay wasn’t during high traffic/check out time as that might have been an issue.

I loved the HOT water. A lot of places don’t have hot enough water.

Overall it needs some renovations, bad lighting in the rooms, very cramped shower/bath and only 1 elevator was working for the entire almost 3 weeks we were there. Some variety in the breakfast would be nice as well. There is potential but it needs some TLC.

No patio furniture on balcony, powdered eggs for $21 breakfast, not a restaurant (more of a couple of tables with limited menu) in the hotel, front desk doesn't answer calls, shuttle closed at 10:30 pm, is not free.
