Look, you stay here because it's late, you're stranded thanks to a cancelled flight, and you've always been on the frugal side of the law. It's not in the best area, and the air conditioner has a sort of Millennium Falcon backfire quality to it, but it works! A Friday evening in a tourist town full of guests on a budget doesn't warrant the most peaceful of nights - not the hotel's fault. The only real gripe I had was the wifi on the very end(s) of the property (I was in room 201) was out of gas. I could barely get my email to load, let alone watch a YouTube video about how to get my email to load. It was late, work can wait, what are ya gonna do, right?

The extremely patient receptionist is my hero. She was checking in about a dozen guests at once, post-10pm on a Friday, completely solo, balancing the fact that the computers were down and some of the guests weren't handling the wait very...gracefully. I wish I would've gotten her name - she was an absolute beacon of professionalism and had the energy to joke with me (12th in line) when it was my turn, even after the slew of rowdy, surly tourists. She even made note of my long wait the next morning and offered a late check out before I could even ask. 10/10 would stay here again if only to witness her mastery of chaos. ALSO, the room layout is very pleasant - I was in a deluxe king and the little kitchenette tucked around the back of the room was bigger than my last apartment in New York. AAAND, VERY CLEAN. The tub was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the blackout curtains had me wondering if I had died in my sleep the next morning.

The only downside was the air conditioner, which was incredibly loud even when turned off.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. During our two-night stay, our room was cleaned, which we appreciated.

Everything,from the start,we arrived early and they checked us in straight away in upgraded rooms,staff was friendly and welcoming,very clean,best value for money in Nashville ,highly recommend it

Only 4 hangers in the room which for a 5 night stay was not enough. Asked a couple of times at reception for more but never got them. Breakfast was generally good but there wasn't always yogurt available and only 1 toaster meant you sometimes had a long wait. There are limited options for eating around the hotel (Waffle House & CITGO shop) so car necessary

We took advantage of an offer to pay extra to upgrade to a king suite and were pleased with the suite. Glad for the extra room between us and the corridor as our friends were staying on the same floor and were kept awake by some noisy guests.

WiFi was lousy even in lobby,told too many using it,however when most guests left it was no better,the beds in our room were ridiculously high needed to step on something to get onto beds almost 3feet to climb up.and o lying 1 lift for number of rooms.

Our keycards randomly stopped working. Our fridge was broken and leaking. The elevator was old and would take way too long (no stair access other than for emergencies). The fourth flow was extremely warm and humid.

The location is very good for tourism in Nashville. The price was excellent considering the location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay.

Bathroom exhaust fan was hanging out of ceiling in bathroom. Room had a little must smell to it.

I wish a smoking area was indoors or at least a canopy over some picnic tables or chairs. The beds could be a little more comfortable but definitely could be worse.
