Very quiet and clean

They issued our room key to someone else. So when we were relaxing, they were trying to get in. This alarmed us and went outside to confront the guy and he said seems like they double booked the room. I gave the guy a chance to get his new key and then I went to let the front desk know. He was like that was my fault, didn't seem to be empathetic. Nevertheless, we continued to get people that evening and the next day where people were trying to get into our room. I'm disappointed as we have stayed there before many times. Upon checkout, I wanted to voice my concern to a manager and no one was at the front desk. It was 9am and there were other room keys on the little window where others just dropped them off.

LIked that they confirmed our 2 night stay and convenient location.

The manager was rude. The door did not close properly and they did not have cover over the outlets. Also did not feel safe plus when I asked for refund manager said where would I go.

They didn’t have a continental breakfast like advertised and still changed me the price with breakfast. Toilet seat was loose and old screws walls were dirty light had bulbs that didn’t work door security lock was broken. Lobby was closed and wasn’t open 24 hrs.

Sheets were not changes the 18 days I spent there had to buy stuff to clean room myself since floor was sticky and dirty the 1st day I arrived .. comforter smelled of cigarettes being that it was suppose to be a smoke free room.. had a disagreement with owners wife after she yelled at my daughter and my sister who were also guest in room .. She yelled that no one occupied room and when I called her she hung up on me and called me a liar.. rooms were not swept or mopped unless I asked and trash was not removed daily as well.

1 house keeper apologized for dirty sheets and room and remembered me. So every time she would see me she would say sorry you shouldn't have to clean yourself or wash your own sheets.. otherwise there was not much else I liked other than it was a convenient location.

From the start there wasn’t anyone answering the phone or anyone in the front desk when it stated someone was supposed to be there. The staff is very rude and because of the employees mistakes I got charged more. Very unprofessional. Not only that, the room smelled ugly and weird plus there were roaches.

Pretty much everything was ok except for shower water gets all over floor & for a person with disabilities it’s dangerous could slip & fall. The bed on the right there’s some piece of steal sticking out from frame I bumped on it on my leg that hurts. Other than that everything else was great! Thank you

I realize that they were starting to do renovations. My room was not one that had been renovated. Not only were the linens very worn the comforter was dirty. The carpeting was very dirty. The security lock on the door was broken. There was no coffee available even in the front office. Basically I got what I paid for not the best...

The bathroom was clean. Big screen TV. Cleaning staff did come in and drop off towels the following day.

Refrigerator & stove didn’t work, no dishes, pans, or utensils, the blow dryer didn’t work, dead bugs on floor, only put clean towels in room, room service left dirty bath mat and beds not made, people partying on outside of 2nd floor, stove was also rusted out, couldn’t get to kitchenette sink because of bar stools blocking it. Mattresses and pillows were horrible. Laundry room is locked up to hide a rusted out washer, dryer, and ice maker machine.

Access to other locations and the A/C worked well to cool down the hot room.
