How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only thing I would say was a slight annoyance was the indoor pool for building had just a bit too much chlorine in it and it was burning our eyes just sitting in the pool area, let alone swimming. One of my kids didn't get to swim much as the chlorine was causing her to cough and irritate her asthma.
The rooms were so spacious and clean!! Instead of tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner and one bar of soap for the showers, they have a dispenser attached to the shower wall that has 3 parts, one for each product! We brought our own shower items but was still neat to see that option! The staff was very friendly for any and all questions or guidance we asked for. The free zoo tickets as well as land of natura tickets included just made this family vacation so much better!!

The sheets were clean but they didn’t smell very good.
A lot of perks when you rent a room here. Sadly I couldn’t go to Land of Natura or even the outside lagoon which was why I chose this resort.

It was what I expected, great,great price!. Really worth the price, just don't expect the Kalahari!!! I bought property 5 mins outside the Dells and went up mothers day, to start planning moving up there. I'd do it again 4 sure, just depends on your expectations, they exceeded mine!

The parking for the hotel is very limited. When being instructed where else to park, was too vague
It is a great price for staying when not looking to get involved in the big water park company

The beds were to hard.

The pool water could have been warmer is my only complaint.
I like that the hotel wasn’t far from other attractions and the kids loved the pool. Also a bonus we got access to other pool near by.

A hot or even a continental breakfast would have been nice so we didn’t need to leave right away in the morning to feed hungry people. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it our skin was red and itchy and our eyes stung. It really should be checked- it can’t be right. The bunk beds might be fine for little kids but the bedding was thin and cheap.
The queen bed and bunk bed combo rooms were the deciding factors for us when we booked. The hot tub a must- The pool was a good temperature and the sauna was a nice bonus. The rooms were clean and the queen bed was comfortable; the bedding was a better quality than the bunk beds.

The hallway smelled like cleaning chemicals. The walls are very thin.
The bunk bed was cool. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The price was cheap.

The pool was really cold. The lack of towels on the pool area was also an issue. The game room also had no quarter machine.

Staff should look why the water of the pool was so low

People are very rowdy, running all over the hallway to the rooms late at night. Too much noise in the rooms and people smoking at the entrance doors, too uncomfortable. They should be more strict about those situations
I liked where it is located and the customer service from the employee at Check In who speaks Spanish. She was very kind and my room was clean
