Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThey didn’t provide towels at the pool and when I went to the lobby for clean towels to use after my shower, they would not provide any, not even one. That was disappointing.
The room was clean and we used the spa which was very nice. The person checking is in was kind and moved me to a non smoking room.

United StatesThe room smelled Burned marks on the bedding The furniture was disgusting the chair look like somebody peed in it They were random hairs all over the floor The bed was uncomfortable There wasn't even a total paper holder. You have to leave $100 cash deposit for the month I don't remember seeing that in any of the documents online. There was transients and drug addicts all over the property I was afraid to leave my car in the parking lot. I fcan hea drug addicts talking all night by my window. I will never stay here again and not recommend it to anybody. Not to include the free breakfast was box of hunny buns and I went to check out at 8:00 a.m. and the door was locked so you couldn't even get to the free breakfast when I rang the doorbell staff look like she had just woke up no coffee no juice.

I took photos in case I was charged for the stained chairs and bedding, dented door, scuffs on walls, furniture, mini fridge etc, missing porcelain pieces on bath tub. There’s too much to list. The worst part is I received a message from my bank which they flagged as being a potentially fraudulent charge, which it is because I had a confirmation when booking the room of $98.99-68.35 (saved credit from Booking.com)=$30.64 total to be charged to my credit card. It would have been a mistake to charge my card $98.99, but they there is a pending charge on my card of much more, $269.79. I hope I don’t have to pursue this matter legally. Please be aware of the filthy state of the room and pending fraudulent charge before booking your stay at this hotel.

ChinaThere are still some unscrubbed stains on the toilet, and there are also some obvious stains on the mattress. The air conditioner started by itself, the sound was huge, and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. The above is tolerable, and the following is unacceptable. The most terrible thing is that the fat, black and male waiter at the front desk suddenly said the F word very loudly, incredibly rude!

United StatesI usually don’t write Karen reviews but this one deserves nothing less. Coming from a traveling businessman who’s stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels. There was no hot water in the shower. alright whatever. I’m sure not every room was like that but mine was. When I rebooked the room, they said “you’d have to check out and check back in at 2pm. But next time, do it in person and not booking.com it’s $20 cheaper”. I had to coax them to let me keep the same room, even though that is more convenient for both me and the hotel. you’re making more $$ without doing any work at that point. They let me do it once. Then I go back the following morning to rebook another night in person. I was in the area on a business trip to make $. Idk if they lied to me or thought I was rich, but they wanted to charge me $20 more than I was already paying per night for a Sunday-Monday morning check out. Was $127 a night before tax/fees Thursday through Sunday morning. I go to extend the room, they want $155 plus tax/fees on a less busy day. F that. I said ok, can I do the booking.com price and keep the same room? Nope. In the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in, never have I ever seen one not want to make money for less work, make it super f/*ng inconvenient for the guest causing me to lose out on hundreds of dollars and be late to my event I was working, when I have bills to pay and a family to take care of. The morning staff clearly did not give a sh /t. Don’t tell me it’s cheaper then try to charge more. Nah f you. All you need to do is click a button. You don’t even need to do room service or any cleaning for 4 days. And you wanna up charge me? You want me to check out my room just to check back in? No I have work to do away from home all weekend and you guys cost me money and time. Not getting another dollar from me. Hope I left y’all a good enough review for you too. Cheers. Here’s a tip from someone experienced.
place is definitely clean, area is fine. That’s great. If you love inconvenient sh /it, staff that doesn’t care about anything, and no hot water in the shower, the congratulations this is your place. Half a star out of 10 because of that. Stayed in hundreds of motels/hotels and I will never stay here again. The night time people are totally fine. The morning lobby staff is r£tar* /d£d.
