How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Noisy air conditioning unit meant we all had to sleep with Earplugs.
Simple motel, clean enough, good location for Disney parks. It was what we expected for the price we paid. Nothing particularly great or bad, just a comfortable place to rest our heads for a couple of nights while we visited Disney.

1) WiFi did not work at all 2) Lack of modern accommodations (i.e lamps with usb chargers) 3) power strips out in the open, with cords being pulled to connect everything 4) shower clogging, did not drain well 5) Cable only had about 20 channels, no interesting ones with movies.
Its location to the Toy Story parking lot was a small walk up the road, it was about a 7 minute walk to the parking lot and it would take you to the Disney parks. Provided coffee/tea maker with coffee and tea packs. Also provided a microwave and fridge. Comfortable pillows, sheets, and bed was good as well. They provided us a parking permit before checking in so that way we could enjoy our time at the park before checking in later in the evening.

This place is old & needs renovations. Their bed mattress very uncomfortable & squeaky! The next morning from our check in, we found a big cockroach in the bathtub.
The hotel is very close to Disneyland & many restaurants.

The room was dark. I think it’s just the placement of the lights. We did have a house keeper walk into our room without our permission. We were getting ready to leave and the house keeper just walked into our room and started going through drawers and moving the sheets around. My husband had to tell them to leave the room. We had not checked out yet. That was really uncomfortable.
I definitely liked the location of this hotel! Super close to Disney and not far from Knott’s! The front desk was super nice and helpful.

TV did not have many channels and looked slightly better in photos but not too detrimental.
Great location, nice large room close to local amenities, including a 30 min walk or short taxi from Disney. Good free wifi, very clean and comfortable.

My only constructive feedback points would be, the rooms are quite dark even when all lights are switched on and I was bitten by (I think) mosquitos in my room upwards of 10 times. Also for anyone booking this hotel, if you're planning on sleeping in past 8am - wear earplugs as the the cleaners' carts are very loud going past the rooms. Still a great stay though!
I paid accommodation only and was in town to attend Wonder Con and then Disney so I didn't spend a lot of time in the room or eat at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable though, there was lots of room to move around and the shower had great pressure.

The front desk employee was rude when I called about tv not working. Which I was never able to get going but since he hung up on me I didn't call back for more help.
The location was good, I went to Disneyland and it was not far.

There was a constant banging coming from one of the surrounding rooms that didn't stop for our entire stay. It was very annoying and would wake us up at night too :(
It's an ok hotel... nothing really special about it! The room was comfy enough for a value accommodation. And it was clean!

I didn’t like the locations of the room, were werewere were in a corner with a view of a wall. The TV had limited channels and no guide.
The property was outdated, the pillows were super lumpy and the towels were dingy and hard, some of the towels looked like cleaning towels.

I was not told about the $150 deposit due at check in The pool was dirty may be because it is right next to the trash so stuff kept flying in the pool. The jacuzzi was not working it was as cold as the pool.
The house keeping staff was very nice and helpful.. the deposit was returned to my account before I even drove away. Over all it was a nice place to stay, definitely worth coming back to.

Not a fan of carpet, but it was clean.
We've stayed here a couple times. The front desk staff (same guy every time) is very nice and welcoming. Clean. Quiet.
