Fridge in room wasn’t cold enough for freezer or box part really ended up putting all my food on ice and also putting ice in the fridge in the ice bucket and plastic bags to keep my food cold enough for health safety

Check in through a kiosk was annoying. Besides your room fee they charge your credit card a second time for $100 incidental fees. There is nothing to purchase there that would be incidentals. I was told it was a fee for damages. But the fee was refundable. So you would have to monitor your credit card to make sure the $100 gets credited back. The room was clean on a basic level. It needs a deep clean and some repairs. The white comforter on one bed was stained on the side with what looked like spilled coffee. Dead flies in window tracks. Grime around doors by knobs. Loose towel rack, low toilet that wobbles and walls need paint touch ups.

Close to the beach. Good price. They had rooms with three queen beds.

When I arrived to check in there was another person there and they were trying to check in at a kiosk with a live person. That didn’t go well as the scanner was not picking him his drivers license etc. Finally a live person came out and helped us.

Absolutely did not like the check in with a virtual person. Very very inconvenient. We all did NOT like it. Took long time to check in. It was the stupidest thing I’ve done at a motel. People behind us were upset also about it. Very dumb idea. KEEP the nice staff but get rid of virtual check in.

The check in process was awful. HATE having to self check in with a kiosk. Especially when there was a person at the desk 2 feet away. The exterior corridors outside the rooms was very dirty. Hard not to track dirt into the rooms. The grab and go “breakfast” was disappointing

It was a great location for our travels - we needed a place to sleep and then go the next day to Portland. We loved the three bed option as we were 3 girls and had been sharing for a week of our travels. Very cool 🤗

Very aging building, needing maintenance and updating. Rusty doors to the rooms, peeling paint, incomplete flooring, old drafty windows. Being greeted by a remote receptionist was odd.

The beach view was beautiful! It was convenient along our road trip route. The town had a few fun restaurant options and a great park for the kids. Great to have an EV charger!

Being able to check in or out with personnel on property desk or to address an item left behind that was expensive my tennis shoes that had custom orthotics in them called 3 hours after I checked out no live person at property and they were too busy to look later no item was found it was right by the heater not included in my baggage don’t have it now I have to go back to the doctor and get refitted for new ones at the cost of 1200.00 at good feet store

Kiosk check in was horrible. Not friendly and no patience. Much rather have had the gal behind the counter help than a cold machine person. Food was mini muffins, orange and apples and breakfast bars with a brown bag to take it to your room. Coffee and tea service was ok.
