Room was a little dated. A/C was loud ; ok for us in April as we turned it off for the night, but could be a problem in the summer.

Great view with the piers, the wreck and an amazing sunset. Functional and large apartment, good for a large family. Very nice personnel, smiling and flexible.

The lobby opens up at 9:00 AM, so if you want to get a cup of coffee you have to wait a long time, specially that the coffee in the room it;s not a a good quality, I think it's a little too late and it closes at 5 PM , kind of too early. If there is an emergency with the room Who do you call?. or maybe I missed something. The hallways could use a little cleaning and upkeeping, the front part of the hotel it looks a little dirty, by the parking side. But in general the Property is Beautiful, the pool was excellent and the Lobby looks very good.

We liked the Location. we liked the excellent view from the room. we liked the Cleanliness inside the room. all well organized, Kitchen fully set up. Bed was a little noise but confortable. our Granddaughter fell in love with the room. she is 2.5 years old. Attendants were friendly and helpful. there is no housekeeping service on a daily basis,but we manage with what we had. Plenty of hight quality towels. No lights in the balcony and there were bulbs installed. But in general we had a great time and will probably be back in the future. To be in Key Largo this is the place since is close to everything.

The location, even with the views, was ok. You do have to drive everywhere as it is not walkable.

We loved it there. Management was very accommodating with our requests we had and were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the view was spectacular!

At this time, there was a construction mess under the condos. All the balconies had plastic sheeting and painters tape just pushed aside. With a little effort, the exterior could have looked nicer. Still, it would not deter me from staying there again.

Very spacious and clean. Second floor bedroom and bath were lovely. We enjoyed listening to music from the nearby restaurants from our deck. Very close to John Pennekamp which we enjoyed thoroughly. We did not use the pool but others seem to be enjoying it. I believe it is heated. Also loved the cookies that came out around 4 p.m. Good price point!

Dated furniture but they doing a great job keeping it clean. terrible amount of mosquitoes in parking lots ( normal for the keys) bitten Alice packing and unpacking but front and back doors all screened so no issues around unit. being right on water, every boat going by seems to blast music louder than the other in some kind of contest. but small inconvenience for the water views.

there were bugs in the overhead light in kitchen.

Well the toilet was kinda low, meaning you really have to squat down to sit on it.

Affordable pricing, balcony view was really nice. Room was nice and clean, kinda felt like being at home.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to throw are own garbage.. that should be the responsibility of the maid that cleans room.. I’m there on vacation.. not have to worry about throwing out trash .. as long as everything is left in order..

Bathroom was teeny tiny and everything could have used a coat of paint, but it was clearn.

Facility was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views over the water. Fun activities: pool, pickle ball, etc. Easy check-in and out outside of regular hours.

Pool wasn't heated, broken. Furnishing was dated, a few scuffs in tile...but, we dont mind those; very comfortable. The positives were a highly acceptable trade off.

Secluded cove, fabulous sunsets, laid back, gated entry, right on the water at a marina, all large balconies facing water, music floating over from Gilberts, but not obtrusive, sport court, lots of chaise lounges to enjoy!! Smart TV, broken DVD player was immediately replaced. Grounds very well kept and clean, clean!
