Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesA couple of the staff didnt know the in and outs well. We had 1 tell us we couldnt preorder roomservice, the hotel advertises you can. We were greatly overcharged for our room service meal. We are still waiting for that bill to come in fully to contest it.

United StatesThe construction noise during the day. There was no trash pickup, towel change, or regular housekeeping. The tub/shower was worn, the sink was loose, tiles were cracked.
The bed, bedding, towels, the things we touch were all good. It was well lighted and clean. The carpet looked old but not worn out. The furniture was just okay.

United StatesNo microwave in our room. Carpet was badly stained from a leak. The room was clean but the carpet stain made it seem dirty. I wasn't happy about the resort fee on my bill. I enjoyed the nostalgia but missed some of the perks of a more modern hotel. Even a good motel 6 would have a microwave in the room.

United StatesThe bathrooms sorely need updating. The ceiling was peeling, tub had rust spots around the drain and the sink had no vanity, so no place to set toiletries or toothbrush. Not cool, but we accepted it because it was modestly priced for a property in the midst of a touristvattraction.
The grand entryway captured the majesty of a bygone era. Live music had the place hopping on a Saturday night. Very fun vibe. The pool and hot tub area, though in need of a little renovation, still was great. Superb location in the heart of Hot Springs. Clearly this was a majestic property in its heyday, and they have begun an extensive renovation.

United StatesThe hotel needs a lot of fixing, first two night heard the next door so loud with the bed banging in the wall and scream of a woman while they're having sex. And then next morning day, woke up at 5am with the same thing. They probably need to put the bed into the different side of the wall since it's not double walling.
The hotel is historic, so many activities and in the heart of National Park.
