Our carpet was filthy in our room. Actually sticky. The grout and shower needs to be repaired. It looks very gross. Parking was outrageously expensive.

The hotel needs a lot of fixing, first two night heard the next door so loud with the bed banging in the wall and scream of a woman while they're having sex. And then next morning day, woke up at 5am with the same thing. They probably need to put the bed into the different side of the wall since it's not double walling.

The hotel is historic, so many activities and in the heart of National Park.

My room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The hotel was busy and old, so I wasn’t expecting perfection. I had a nice stay.

The extra costs not mentioned in the booking.com listing. $30 a day parking and $15 a day resort fee. Plus if you want to use the spa and bathhouse you need to book well in advance for your dates to visit.

Expensive parking, room doesn't have ac or anything, it was stuffy. Don't expect a heated pool. The doors to the rooms can be tricky to open. Good luck with that.

Every door was hard to open, the bathroom in our room was very outdated and was hard to close the door to have privacy, that was a problem since I was staying with a couple of friends. Also, the water in the tub would drain extremely slow and you had to to shower with retained water in the tub!

The location is great, there is a charm about the hotel that’s appealing.

I know they are doing restoration on the outside but they need to work on the rooms. The carpet was horrible. Very dirty. The rest of the room was good. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. As many rooms as they have they could clean the empty rooms

Romeo was very polite when I checked in. Very courteous and informative about letting me know about any additional cost charged to my card for incidentals and lost keys. Overall a really nice interaction with check in.

I love, love, love your hotel. The history, the old pictures, rooms, staircases, elevators, and everything else is so cool. The location is right where I wanted to be; I could spend hours and hours just walking through all the rooms and looking at all the doors, hallways, and furniture. I could go on, but I won't. Even though the whole experience was just so wonderful. Also, during your renovation. I hope you keep as much of the old history as possible.

Very small bathroom where we stayed. The age of the hotel showed in there as well. Did not like the extra taxes, which were a surprise, and over a fair amount.

LOVED the LIVE BANDS in the hotel lobby and bar each evening!!! EVERYONE is friendly in Hot Springs....be it hotel staff, locals, or other travellers. The massage therapists were absolutely FANTASTIC, as were the other staff in the Hotel Spa area. In fact, I went twice!

Drop-off of luggage was a bit of a problem. You needed to access the hotel via the valet entry.

The hotel is amazing and will be more so when done. The location is in the middle of everything. The breakfast was good.
