You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel needs a lot of fixing, first two night heard the next door so loud with the bed banging in the wall and scream of a woman while they're having sex. And then next morning day, woke up at 5am with the same thing. They probably need to put the bed into the different side of the wall since it's not double walling.
The hotel is historic, so many activities and in the heart of National Park.

United States of AmericaThe extra costs not mentioned in the booking.com listing. $30 a day parking and $15 a day resort fee. Plus if you want to use the spa and bathhouse you need to book well in advance for your dates to visit.

United States of AmericaEvery door was hard to open, the bathroom in our room was very outdated and was hard to close the door to have privacy, that was a problem since I was staying with a couple of friends. Also, the water in the tub would drain extremely slow and you had to to shower with retained water in the tub!
The location is great, there is a charm about the hotel that’s appealing.

I love, love, love your hotel. The history, the old pictures, rooms, staircases, elevators, and everything else is so cool. The location is right where I wanted to be; I could spend hours and hours just walking through all the rooms and looking at all the doors, hallways, and furniture. I could go on, but I won't. Even though the whole experience was just so wonderful. Also, during your renovation. I hope you keep as much of the old history as possible.

United States of AmericaVery small bathroom where we stayed. The age of the hotel showed in there as well. Did not like the extra taxes, which were a surprise, and over a fair amount.
LOVED the LIVE BANDS in the hotel lobby and bar each evening!!! EVERYONE is friendly in Hot Springs....be it hotel staff, locals, or other travellers. The massage therapists were absolutely FANTASTIC, as were the other staff in the Hotel Spa area. In fact, I went twice!

The hotel is amazing and will be more so when done. The location is in the middle of everything. The breakfast was good.
