You want to charge your devices. Enjoy the scavenger hunt. In what looks to be something decorated out of a retirement home, with furniture that is either to big or out of place. Some major room upgrades are needed, with a mattress being supported by pieces of steel, on a frame to small.

The air conditioning system in our room was very loud, which was quite unpleasant during the night. When turning it off, the air in the room was getting very warm. I don't know if this was the case in other rooms as well, but it could be an issue if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.

The check-in process was quick and simple, the staff was very friendly and responsive upon arrival and during the stay. Breakfast was decent, you have to request it though at the front desk in the morning. There is not a lot of space for eating in the lobby, so it can get a bit crowded if several guests want to have their breakfast at the same time.

I booked the hotel as part of a package and paid up front in June on Priceline. When I arrived in September they had no access to previous months so the charged me full rate for both nights.

Bed was hard, trash was small, they don't approve checking in and out early and late instead they charge you. There was no stove in the room I stayed in. And getting around the room was hard cause there wasn't much room.

I loved the staff especially the women you meet there she was very nice, understanding and helping. I loved her! The hotel overall is a good price for what you pay for. The hotel is decent, it's not super good but it wasn't bad either it's more of a hotel just to stay at if you don't have much and just need a place to stay. They do however charge for if you check in early and check out late. The bed I stayed in was a bit hard and their trash cans are pretty small but they come at least once a day to change out your trash and towels. So overall you get what you paid for I'd give this place at least 3 to 4 stars it's not perfect but I wanna say they try to please their guests the best they can!

Unfortunately there was no breakfast or coffee bar in the mornings so I was left to my own which is not the biggest deal in the world. The full kitchen minus any pots/pans and bowls was bothersome but again, nothing that would deter me to stay there again. I would just prepare better for my stay.

The location of the hotel to the nearby conference center made it an easy walk each morning. It was also pretty close to some incredible spots for dinner and drinks. It was tucked back just enough where you could stay away from the busy main downtown area but close enough to access it all.

The aircon in some rooms was so noisy it wasn't possible to sleep, some of the rooms had newer units though which were better.

We received a very warm welcome although the paperwork took some time. Ann was at the desk and a delight to talk to. It's a pity the system is rubbish as that wasn't her fault. The rooms are generally big although one of our party had a particularly pokey room. The decor is simple but adequate. The aircon worked in all the rooms.

Well the room wasn't really worth the price I get it's because of the area but they could've done better the lady at the front was fairly nice but the guy wasn't I don't remember his name but he just seemed off , the room was too small the bathroom door jammed there was a roach I had pointed it out to the staff he just took a napkin and squashed it it was funny though , but wasn't how I imagined it the pictures are slightly deciding because of the angle.

The hotel charged me such additional costs that I have never experienced before: 1) Service fee (as much as 70$), sanitation fee (50$) and 3) early check-in fee (55$, we came to the hotel at 1pm, and officially the check-in starts at 3 pm). Additional fees can be charged by hotels, but THIS kind of additional charges were all new to me. They increased the price of the stay substantially compared to what was agreed upon reservation.

In the reservation document, it was mentioned that breakfast is available. A nominal breakfast was available only after this service was requested. Some of the personnel were friendly. The parking was available at a very reasonable cost, and a receptionist came to show the way. The room was nice.

Not so clean. And the bed was just so-so. I think breakfast was meant to be included, but it never worked out, even in the 8-10am slot that it was supposed to be available. Also, I only had one hanger in my closet. I requested more, but over 4 nights they never brought any.

Location is excellent. My room had a full kitchen though I didn’t use it.
