Good space for a family of 4

Property was not as described. Stated that it was close to the beach which is wnat I wanted. Did'nt realize the beach was 2 blocks away. I chose this property because it stated that it was close to the beach. I have a bad back and legs so this did not meet my expectations. No remote for tv in living room.

I definitely felt like the place was in need of a good cleaning when we arrived. The second bathroom was particularly dirty. I wouldn’t even let my children use the shower because I ran out of the cleaner I brought from home, and it was far too dingy for our taste. I cleaned the master bathroom, and the shower was comfortable after that. Still, I shouldn’t have to do that paying hotel prices for a timeshare. I also thought the facilities inside the indoor pool house could use updating and regular cleaning. Overall they weren’t that bad, just not quite good.

We loved the amount of space for the price. It was very close to the beach, and we had a small but beautiful ocean view. There was a handful of pools to choose from, so we weren’t stuck in a crowded one. I love that there was an indoor pool for us to enjoy, as it did downpour several times during our stay. I was very pleased with the updates and overall comfort of our stay. I would book again.

I wish there had been a better explanation at check in regarding linens, and trash etc. at check in you are provided with towels for the sleep capacity of the room after that You are responsible for washing your own linens at the hotel laundry room which is not a problem if you are made aware. Also you are responsible for taking your own trash to the property dumpster area which again is not a problem if you are made aware.

The beach access, the multiple pools & splash pad. The villa was spacious and clean, and we loved that our one bedroom unit had 2 bathrooms.

It only has one small hot tub, and it wasn't even hot. The price of this resort should have more pools, and amenities for guess

I did not like the pricing, it was a little on the high side and I booked a room with 1 king bed and 2 full beds as well as a 2 bedroom but the second bedroom had 2 twin beds, not full beds. The windows were dirty and looked liked they haven't been cleaned in years. And on top of the expensive 2 day rental of $1300 i had to pay an additional $18 to park my vehicle on the property where I was staying. Its $9 a day to park on the property plus the housing cost.

The amenities were good and in walking distance, everything was fairly clean and it was a peaceful place to enjoy a mini vacation.

The floors in the unit needed to be thoroughly mopped. They were very dirty upon arrival.

The walls were thin and we heard a lot of noise from our neighbors. Our room was right in front of the hot tub and so there was a ton of traffic from people coming and going outside our windows. We didn't really feel comfortable at all opening our blinds since people sitting in the hot tub could see right inside our room. A lamp was not working in the bedroom. We also had a door in our room that was meant to connect to another room and that connecting room was occupied by other guests...The only problem with that was that there were no locks on that door so they could have opened the door and walked right into our room if they wanted to which made us uncomfortable.

The location was absolutely great and the grounds were very well kept. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded and just a quick walk away, the same with the pools. Check in went smoothly and the man at the front desk way very helpful. The amenities were basic but nice and the room was very clean and well stocked and decorated. We had plenty of space for our family of 7.

We stayed on several occasions and the last stay the furniture (couches) in the room was stained pretty good.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Indoor pool is nice and convenient. The resort location is perfect.. right where you need to be.

Tunnel access and elevator a bit awkward. Would be nice to switch out towels, coffee, soap every other day.

Full kitchen amenities, nice grounds/pool. Nice gym.

The elevator was not working when we were checking out. Had to make multiple trips up and down to the third floor. Maintenance should have shut down the elevator after check out time not during it. When I advised the staff about the elevator being shout down and having to carry item up and down to the third floor. He laughed

Gate to/from beach did not close. Showers next to gate - only one was really functional. There also was dog poop covering some of the sidewalk and one of the shower mats. The staff did not notice until we told them and then seemed a bit uninterested in getting it cleaned.

Location is great. Loved you had pickleball courts. Access to the beach is very nice.

There were several ‘house keeping’ things we weren’t super pleased with. a sink that wouldn’t always turn off, couldn’t get the TV to operate, not enough towels for the people in the room, there was a very messy pet accident by the beach access that was never cleaned up, the mini golf course was not really playable. none of it was really worth complaining about. and the pros definitely out weigh the cons.

we enjoyed having the kitchen. I have a child with allergies and need to be able to cook. This was an affordable property.

I didn't like that many of the dishes were dirty. Had to do dishes, eat, then do dishes again. The beach access was far from our room. We had to drive to the parking lot closer to it. The walk down to the beach was ok, just a little farther than I'd like for all the money you pay. I also don't like you have to pay 9 dollars a day to park. The rooms are expensive enough that you shouldn't have an extra expense.

I like that staff was friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the parking site and they did it for me, no problem. Our room 27D building B was nice and clean. This location was great right by the indoor pool and spa.
