Knob to the tub was broken, the hard balcony doors to open and close the tv could have been bigger and updated . Only a lamp light for the room part was -_-

Hear the music , close to the beach and was on the main strip for the action.

They didn’t have the bar or restaurant advertised, the coffee pot in our room or our friends room didn’t work, the hair dryer in our room didn’t work, the pool was closed for cleaning all week and never touched, the washer on our floor was used by our friends but when we went to use it wouldn’t work and they refused to give our money back from it, said to contact the place we went through to book it, if you wanted to go to the beach before 9 am you had to walk around the neighboring hotel to get there, and they didn’t even coffee in the lobby til 9 am.

The hotel had a water lead and water damage while we stayed. They were actively getting it taken care of with tons of fans and a restoration company inside doing work. The floor in our hotel room was wet during the night, so we wore our sandals around the room. The guests who stay here are VERY destructive and do not treat the hotel well. There was a good bit of damage and stains to all furniture in the room due to previous guests who don't respect property. This is not the hotels fault.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hot tub was nice and hot, Room was nice for the price and view was amazing. Location is perfect with so many awesome things to do within walking distance or a 5 minute drive.

1st room the air didn’t work. 2nd room only had a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed with 3 pillows. The security lights from the kept spilling in even around the curtains which kept the room partially lit all night.

I absolutely didn’t like how rude the lady was that worked at night. Heavy set black girl. She called yelling into the phone saying how she was going to have our car towed because it was parked in the handicap area. When we’d never intentionally parked there. We were a bit confused with parking. However immediately after another customer helped us find the correct parking location. The rude staff member goes to ask did we just walk through the back door when she indeed seen me come through the door from the pool. She stated well your not supposed to use that door, I responded and said well the door was clearly opened and if you didn’t wish to have no one use that entrance maybe you should get off your ass and lock the door. We literally just came back in from the beach. Overall all other staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved how close it was to access the beach.

The pool area was a disgrace.I watched the man clean the pool that morning from my balcony, and he went about it very lazily. Oppose to the hotel blue,Next door sent 4 workers out to clean their pool area, and the water was crystal clear when they were finished.

The bathroom was small. You had to buy kitchenware, which was 35 dollars. there was no chairs at the table. There really wasnt no view outside of the balcony.

Staff was rude the first day . Air conditioning wasn’t working properly had to ask for another room had to tell her my husband had heart problems in order to get it asap in which he does have heart issues. Had to go buy pots and pans and utensils for the kitchen nothing was available stove was nasty had to clean the burners off to use that food was left in the oven from previous renters.

I couldn’t check in an hour early as I requested. Check In parking was the worst. And I thought it was so continental breakfast, no just nasty bitter coffee.
