Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United States*The 1:30 am fire alarm that no discernable reason could be found for it happening. The trip down 4 flights of stairs. My husband wouldn't go, So at least I would have been able to cash in on his accidental policy... lol *The rooms are COZY. They work for 2 people in a King room but the space has been 200% maxed out. At least I now know my husband and I will not be purchasing a tiny house...ever. *Not sure why, but our GPS kept trying to take us to Planet Fitness.....hmmmmm... *We had thought about using Avid in Bentonville and Tulsa. But when I asked your front clerk what it meant that there was "no parking" at Avid in the Hills in Tulsa, she had no idea you had Avid in Tulsa. The next morning I asked her was there an Avid in Bentonville and she replied "Is there??"

The facility is very clean and I believe it is all wheelchair accessible. The breakfast had a variety of food, the free coffee and hot cocoa at all hours is great!

I love how clean and friendly the staff was. I’m shocked that they have full size DOVE shower body wash and shampoo and conditioner! Even has DOVE lotion and hand soap. The room smelled very good when I walked in. I will definitely be staying there again. Also the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for a hotel breakfast.

The best thing was the friendly helpful staff. The location was also convenient.
