Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was surprised that there was no microwave in the room. The breakfast was okay but not as nice as other places that we stayed.
The hotel looked very stylish. The room was very nice.

Limited prepackaged hot choices. Breakfast hours advertised as 6:30 to 9:00 am but found it open at 6:00 am on our second day.

The room I had was a bit too compact for me and I had to maneuver the chair over next to the bed to watch tv and eat sitting up. And the water pressure wasn't as high as I would like but it was sufficient for me. No real complaints, just a couple of minor preferences that really didn't matter overall.
It was more private and a very welcoming atmosphere. Easy to get around with a friendly staff, it's a more compact hotel but not cramped. The room had plenty of features, just a lit more compact than I prefer but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.

The receptionist when checking in seemed to look down her nose at me and my spouse. We didn't realize his driver license has expired and so he wasn't able to use his card pay, I went to use my and unknowingly used a card I kept locked so it declined, just needed to unlock it and try again. She huffed and puffed like irritated and as if we didn't belong there. It was the second time we've stayed there and we still loved it
Cleanliness. Their breakfast is always great. Lots to choose from

Beds were a little firm but not bad
Very quiet, the lady at check in accommodated our request to be put on top floor away from elevators. Breakfast had some good quick options. Not a traditional hotel Breakfast but things like sausage biscuits and egg bites. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast needs some work. The bananas were past their prime. Not enough fruit options. But most breakfast included at hotels is not very tasty anyway.
The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. I like the fresh coffee being available 24hrs a day.

On the day of checkout, the employees weren't the best. We came downstairs about an hour after breakfast had started, the counters were sticky and coffee stained. I went to get apple juice and ended up with what looked like a piece of napkin stuck into the hose and just water. The lady covering breakfast did fix it, but it seems like that would have been checked and ready before breakfast began. Another breakfast issue was that the yogurt wasn't being temp controlled on Thursday and Friday. There were ice packs underneath everything was cold, but Saturday yogurt was room temperature, same for the hard-boiled eggs. There was an older lady working breakfast Thur and Fri she took great care of the breakfast area you could tell she liked everything cleaned and organized. Our shuttle to the hotel was good. The driver was friendly and engaging. The shuttle to the airport, the lady wasn't friendly she did not offer to help with luggage or with the doors. We got you going to the airport and what airline were we flying that was it she was rude and unfriendly. There was no microwave in the room, which was a bummer. Even tho check out wasn't 100% our overall stay was good and we will book for future trips

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
This hotel was new, modern and immaculate. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had the best shower head I’ve used. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel location was great. It was also an excellent value!
