I didnt like the decor of the hallways and the metal framed beds. I feel like this is something that can be improved on. The metal bed frames felt like it was more of a dorm.

Considering the price we paid I did not like at all 1. The cleaning is not deep 2. They provide a full fridge of paid drinks ibcluding champagne, whisky, gin etc and a coffee machine but they provide only 2 poor paper glasses. If i decide to have a glass of champagne should I get it into a paper glass? 3. For people like me that does not drink coffee there are not tea option 4. Bathroom is very small without extractor or window

The only thing i didn’t like was we didn’t like our first room as it was facing a wall so there was no light coming in. When we went back to ask for a different room the front desk staff was more interested in upselling is to a different room which was very nice, but since we had booked premium with upgrade if available I don’t understand why they were trying to charge us for the upgrade if one was available. He was trying to convince me that the premium room was the upgraded room but it was in-fact what we had paid for. He finally agreed to move us to a premium room facing the pool when I wouldn’t let it go. It was unpleasant and unnecessary, left me under the impression that there is maybe an incentive for the upgrades.

We really enjoyed the pool area food and drinks were also fairly priced. The premium room we got was very cozy and clean. The staff on the property were friendly.

Breakfast war rather poor and far too expensive for what it was. Deplorable service n tipping policy, as you get automatically 20% service charged added, but then you got a sperate window for additional tip where you may select another 15, 20 or 25 % tip. This is totally exagerated, as many tourists are NOT aware of this policy.

We hear our neighbor who seem to be arguing at night. Also the bathroom was awkward. The toilet was too close to the wall with the toilet paper holder sticking out giving you little room to sit.

The location was close to the beach and the hotel has access to free beach chairs.

I ordered a package to the hotel, which was lost. The staff argued a lot about this, saying that the carrier might have lost it, although there was a notification that it was left at the reception, including the staff member's name. These things can happen, but I did not have the feeling that my issue was taken seriously.

The hotel's biggest asset is its location. It is one block from the beach, easily accessible yet tranquil and quiet when you enter. The pool area is really relaxing, and it was fun to hang out there. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side by US standards, but the beds were great, and the rooms were very clean. The adults-only guests give the property a more exclusive vibe.

The garage across the street associated with the hotel charges $58.55 to park overnight. Don’t do it. There is a garage a block over on 16th street for $20/night.

We liked the quiet location away from the clubs on Ocean drive but still walkable everywhere. Easy close walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs.
