I’ve been here before and I had a conjoined room - the room was way nicer then. The only problem i had this time was the showers water pressure was terrible it barely worked , it could’ve been cleaned better but I know the housekeeping is short staffed since Covid.

What breakfast??? Our door didn't lock--had to put a chair under doorknob. Bottom of door was all nawed away. No phone in room. Only 2 towels--no glasses or cups. PARKING was awful!! For $175.00 HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Sign out front said walk ins price $49.00 or $59.00--why was that price not offered to me??? Simply said: A REAL DUMP!!!

the room door had a huge opening at the bottom like some one or something messed it up it also looked like someone might have broke into the room at some point by the door handle missing pieces of the frame there was about 4 light switches that did nothing the one I assume was supposed to turn on the balcony light was hanging out of the wall there was big big bugs on the balcony that looked a lot like roaches lucky I never seen any inside the room the elevator was really shakey and sketchy

When I first walked into the room, I noticed that it was dirty and run down. The floors weren’t properly cleaned in the bathroom. The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it. A cabinet drawer was missing and there was old food in the stove.

I loved the location and the oceanfront view.

Upgrade your rooms! And spray for roaches...at least paint and put new rugs down...maybe then it will be worth it!

The view was great but the room was horrible! This hotel needs to be upgraded...the room door was not stable..the door looked like someone tried to break in it...I found a roach in the bathroom on our last day at the hotel and I hope I did not bring any home with me..😫😠😠

The pool was filthy, the sliding doors to the balcony were rotten. The carpet disgusting. No plates, no pots and pans, no glass container for the coffee pot, etc.

The fact I had to pay a early check in fee to one room , some rude staff , the rooms were nasty , needs updates for sure , they do not supply cookware or utensils for their kitchens , and never once received house keeping we we’re constantly running down stairs for towels and toilet paper didn’t offer extra bedding for the sofa couch . Worse experience ever in a hotel and the pool was gross and we never got to enjoy that cause it was dirty needed vacuuming and treated with chemicals

Huge cockroach elevator didn't work till 8th floor so had to take the stairs the stairs smelled like piss everyday the balcony door was hard to open

Not cleaned properly. Staff standing around at ice machine like they didn't have anything to do. Hall ways and elevator was trashy. Cockroaches crawling in the room and hallway. No coffee maker, no cleaning service not even trash. This wasn't first time staying here but It's the first time I was this dissatisfied with it that I will look for some where else to stay.

Location was great. No one bothered you.

Perfect view not so clean rooms very dusty random bottle caps and sand from the previous customers AC works the bed is basic microwave fridge with freezer is good some doors don’t lock at all one hood push and you’re in any room
