Shared a parking lot with another hotel and unfortunately, activities from the other hotel affected the Days Inn.

It was tucked away off a Main Street and the freeway. Easy to get to and to I-25.

Wanted an early check in but the male front desk clerk said all the rooms were still dirty and I could not check in until 3:00pm. I wanted to check in at 1:30 and he said all the rooms were still dirty. I work at a casino hotel and we check in some guest with an early check in fee.

The room was fine. Though nothing fancy, it was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, late-arriving guests who talked loudly is not something you can control!

The beds made too much noise when one would sit or even lay down.. it kept us up all night that we couldn’t move due to the noise

On the other hand, walking all the way to the front desk to get my key card updated because they twice failed to put my check out date on the card was cold and uncomfortable. Next time I guess I will know to ask the check-in clerk whether they put my check out date on the card instead of just the current night.

I loved the fall colors in the trees outside my window. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great.

Entrance door was open at the bottom, bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, bad caulking around tab, bathroom door didn’t close well, no drinking cups at the sink-only coffee cups in the room, air conditioner/heater had a loud fan, no luggage rack and only one drawer for clothes. The bathroom fixtures were old, rust in the tub, toilet needed two flushes to clear small amount of paper, and the bath ceiling needed redone.

The desk clerk was very nice. It Was clean.

Road noise

Hotel was close to the Balloon Fiesta Park & not far off 1-25. The balloon theme decor was nice & the staff very friendly. Caesar at the front desk deserves a shout out. He was very pleasant & even came to our room to switch out a bedside lamp / clock combo that wasn’t working.

The newly remodeling of the floors was great to see and the room I was in 224 was nice till you walked into the bathroom. The tub was hideous. It was nasty looking and old with stains didn't want to even use it but I had a medical procedure the next day n had to. Also went to lobby to get a drink n a snack and there was no snack or drink machine that was filled. Being a single woman in an unfamiliar city did not want to get out at night for a drink n snack so that was very disappointing 😒

It was nice remodeling of the floors having the hard wood n not carpet. Not a bad location for where I needed to go not knowing the city. Staff friendly

They put me way in the back alley way. They said they were sold out but the parking lot only had four cars in the back. I had to shower in cold water, no hot water.

New floors, no stinky carpet but there is wear and gapping already.

Over all the stay was good for the value of the booking. However there were problems with the plumbing being clogged. Staff tried to move me and my wife to room next door and that room had more issues than the original room. We ended up staying in the first room since if had less issues.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Staff was exceptional and tried to resolve the issues I had with the room.

The flapper on the toilet was worn out and leaked by. I don't know what they pay in water bills but they could save a lot of money replacing the flappers.The water was running constantly. every few minutes I would hear the toilet fill up. So if it filled a gallon every 5 minutes, That's 288 gallons/day or 8,784 gallons a month. Where I work that would be $35/ month for just that toilet. How many do they have that leak? A flapper costs $2,00 and takes five minutes to replace.

I am pretty easy. I was on a 22 day road trip fishing out west. All I really want is a clean comfortable bed at a good price. This place was all of that.
