We had issues with the sofa bed mattresses being too uncomfortable to sleep on. We also had an issue with one of our group being locked out of the room without a key, and the night manager was very unhelpful, involving security etc.

It’s was run down. The sliding door didn’t lock, bathroom was dated and needed thorough cleaning, shower curtain was short so when showering the floor was very wet, no longer provided daily or even every other day of towel change…needed more so due the curtain issue. The room in total was only cleaned once every “5” days. The night stand was not even wiped…sticky and dusty. Used ironing board for luggage.

Hotel staff was slightly rude. Ive stayed at this location several times over the past 10 years and have never had an experience like this past one. .. The smells in the hallways from other people's rooms, the constant sound of the toilet running and the bed was awfully squeaky.. Could hear everything in the next room and room above us.

There was not a hair dryer .. in the elvevator there is no sign you have to tap the card so the Elevator can proceed

Kind of disgustingly damaged door probably from some dog trying to escape the room. Ghostly corridors. Screaming lady in an adjacent room during the night. Felt like some poor people were actually living there. Probably a good deal in LA area, but definitely cannot compare to what you get in Europe for this money.

I'm sorry but there were alot of not so savory looking people hanging out and being loud and had kids running and screaming in the halls until late and my room could have been cleaned a little better

The room was extremely comfortable and the beds were phenomenal. It was a very quiet facility for me to do my work as needed, and it was very safe and the atmosphere was very clean.

Minimal room cleaning, some service desk personnel not helpful, many trips to request coffee, room lighting was insufficient (too dark), difficult to watch tv unless sitting on bed which is hard on back.

One of the receptionists was a bit rude, she seemed bothered that we wanted a 2am checkout. Not enough light in the room and the heating system was very old and loud, couldn't sleep with it turned on.

The response in emails of the reception is not really satifying. Slow and misunderstandings or even no reply. F2F they are more helpful.

There is a lack of central or general light in the room, just small especific ligths. We stay 5 nights, and there is no cleaning service, they just clean when you check out, this is not nice. There is not hair dryer in the rooms, but you can go to the front desk and ask for one loanded. I think they have more than one, but is not clear what happend if all are loande. So I recomend to carry yours. The pool is small and in a shadow place, so I asume is only good for very hot days.

The room had a good size, we stayed in a room with two marital beds. It is not near to the beach, you must go by car, but is a good point to travel and knew several beachs in the north and south of LA. Is relative near to the aireport. In the front desktop were very kind.
