The bathroom wasn't cleaned the best. The toilet still had a few things dirty, and someone else's hair longer than mine on the shower wall. But other than that nothing to complain about.

The spa tub is truly what makes the stay even better. beds were comfortable, and the location was GREAT! Customer service was good.

It's under a lot of renovations and that leads to lots of unhappy things. But they'll get there and I would visit again.

Housekeepers were knocking at the door several hours before check out time. Daytime manager was not a good listener and borderline rude at checkout time. We arrived so early in the morning and it was difficult to get everyone back in the car and packed up. It is never appropriate to threaten calling police on guests. Actually that makes me take more time and move slower. Outdoor trash cans/ash tray outside to toss away the typical traveling wrappers and coffee cups that accumulate on a road trip and a door stop to keep door open while bringing luggage out to the car.

Fantastic last minute booking! Pleasantly surprised by the charm and quality of hotel especially for the price! Felt like we discovered a hidden gem :) Check in was after hours and Manager was very nice and listened to how he could be most accommodating to our needs.

Room was pretty dirty. Beds weren’t comfy,I found a marijuana pipe in one of the draws. Walls are super thin and the Neighbors partied until 6am.

While it was noted we were staying in the “new building” as an upgrade, the facility was an 80’s era structure that definitely was in need of renovation. After settling in, both rooms in our group had fully plugged sinks requiring a move to different rooms. Check in took 45 minutes due to some computer confusion with getting our pre-booked payment to accept.

The only complaint we had was that the toilet ran a LOT and was very loud. Ended up turning off the water to the toilet during the night to be able to sleep.

Black Friday deal was Harry Potter room. Under the stairs. Near front door to every room in the building. Within 10 feet of the only ice maker in two buildings. On the street apex. So noisy until 10 pm. Bathroom sink was in main room next to bed. Bed was ancient. We put comforter under the sheets to avoid the springs/board. You get what you pay for. Nice front desk male and evening checkin lady.
