Location was great for the beach and underground parking included. Shortish walk to the harbour. Room was a great size, loved the shower. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Didnt use some of the other facilities (eg mini golf) but looked very good

I absolutely did not like the kitchen,it was so old and not good smell from it!Also the room was very dirty,all surfaces was dusty!The big TV in the living room didn’t work programs, and my kids always used TV in my room!Dark blue sofa not reclining,only for one person!

The only major concern we had was the ants. We couldn't leave any food out. I had forgotten about ants in Cali until now.

Being walking distance to the beach was great! Communication leading up to before we arrived was also amazing!

Kitchen could have been better stocked, such as spatulas, larger frying pan, etc. Kitchen trash can was tiny.

There is no view except for the street. The place needs a really good cleaning like the windows with kiddy prints all over them. The oven and sink need a cleaning or replacing. There were no wash clothes save one. There were not many cleaning supplies like dishwashing liquid. Good thing we brought coffee filters. It’s the extras that count. So don’t assume there things will be there.

The decor was a cute beach theme. The master bed was comfortable. It was a nice location next to the beach and local restaurants. The condo complex has access to the beach.

Master bed was rock hard and front room beds that folded out had little tears in the mattress which were very lumpy. The floor in MB appeared to be slanted towards the NW.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was exceptionally clean and came fully equipped. It was nicely updated and had to portable AC units. The only downfall was the train because I was so close by and we were not able to leave my windows open because I was so loud. Regardless the kids loved it and want to stay in the same condo again lol

There was a bunch of very sandy beach toys on the balcony, but you are at the beach so you can’t be too upset at that 😊

Some many amenities on site, Rec room with pool tables and other bar games, conference rooms, multi purpose rooms, close to the beach (strand) and harbor and great restaurants. The home itself was outstanding with a great shower and clean rooms. This was the best stay we’ve ever had In Oceanside and the affordable price made it even better.

For the price, the view was on the backside of the complex facing the train tracks. The apartment was very worn (the ceiling fan over the dining table had no light cover and wobbled very bad when turned on); the carpet was worn and did not seem clean; there was an odor to the apartment; an overall disappointing stay. I checked out after 20 hours to find a better apartment/hotel to stay in. I could not recommend this apartment to friends or family. I have never given a poor review to any place I have stayed in the last twenty years. I have used VRBO many times. This is the first time I used booking.com to reserve a rental.

The space of the apartment was perfect for 3 family members. The proximity of the beach was great. The bed and the sofabed were very comfortable. The shower is cool and fancy.

The actually property we rented was terrible. It was dirty, grease was all over the electric range, the burners didn't sit flat it looked like it came from a junkyard. The frying pans were in terrible shape, we bought our own! The bath towels were threadbare, the patio screen door had a large tear in it. The bathroom floor tiles were uneven causing us to trip.

The overall facility and location were good.

The unit itself was unclean and poorly maintained. We spent time cleaning the trash can area, kitchen counters, utensils. pans, as well as the dining table and chairs that were sticky and covered in crumbs. We used a sheet to cover the sofa that had a stain, and came to find that the sheet also had a stain. The patio was tight and used for surf boards and chairs, which we chose not to pay an additional amount to rent during our stay. At the very least this unit needs a new stove, fresh paint, and new sheets and towels (thankfully we brought our own beach towels) as well as a thorough cleaning which was attempted to be masked by an overwhelming amount of Febreeze.

The complex is lovely and right on the beach, but the unit is not beach facing. You are more likely to hear the train than see the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is updated and the microwave was usable.

HEALTH HAZARD: this unit has rodents and mold/mildew, sheets are stained. One of us had an asthma attack upon entering, and the other threw up and battled migraines all night. The bed sheets had stains, the stovetop was rusty, and there was dirt and sand all over the floor and deck. Boogie boards broken and thrown on the deck. We checked out after 1 night and paid for a clean hotel. The host refused to refund the unpaid nights (4 total). They also used false photos from a different unit with a beach view - upon pointing this out, they changed the photos. Beware of this property. It is a health hazard, unsanitary, and an incredibly deceiving property listing.

The shower was confusing to operate but i figured it out eventually. worked great, just a lot of knobs.

It was simple to pick up the keys upon entering. The door guard handed over and had me sign that I received.
