The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping person there was very friendly and nice.

I didn't like that the desk in my room had writings in them (on the furniture itself-in the drawers); it didn't really matter, but it was a surprise when I opened the drawers to look for something (the remote for TV).

The breakfast buffet (selections), each STAFF person I interacted with, FREE Wi-fi, convenience to eateries (outside the Inn), and shopping. *I would RECOMMEND having a COMMUNITY BREAKFAST TABLE for single travelers who may want to eat with others; I know I would have welcomed making a new friend/s.

Too close to the railway , all the time noise from the train. 15 USD for parking but the gate was opened all night long without any camera system

It was really cold in the room. Water came in skylight. Spoke to a male maintenance worker concerning water he said ok. He was next to the maid's cart, and I asked him for more coffee and replacement towels in exchange for the dirty towels I left. He stated that there was no coffee on the cart, and I needed to call for new towels. I found the maid who was accommodating.

The front desk staff was great. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us good referrals. The maids were accommodating and efficient. The rooms were comfortable overall, and I would refer others. Centralized location. Near great restaurants.

Was approached by individual who may or may not have been security one evening. Individual had accusatory attitudes and didn't act professionally. If it was employee and not just drifter.

Breakfast in morning was top notch. Lobby staff explained things clearly.

5 night stay and no room service, I don't know why but we managed to get fresh towels.

Staff were very accommodating to our needs. Was easy to change rooms and reception answered phone promptly.

Room 254 the bathroom open roof window I was going nuts when it was raining sounded as if it was coming inside the room also during the day on makes the room to bright 👎🏽

The rooms are non-smoking, however it had a terrible smell of smoking.

Location very close to the airport, that was very convenient fot thr time we arrived in San Fran. The breakfast is delicious, a lot of protein options.

The carpet floor in the room was so dirty that our socks were pretty fast black… please fix that!

Lots of people arriving late and rolling their suitcases down the walkway in front of our room. It woke us up every time. Also...it would have been nice to have an elevator in the first building--because going up stairs is difficult for us. Otherwise...everything was fine..

proximity to SFO was important. Arranging for a taxi to pick us up at our door early in the morning was really helpful.

The place is spread out and a large number of bldg and room not sure why I wasn't given a room that wasn't right next to a family with 2 young kids who were screaming and crying and slamming doors for on and off all night

I was put in a room at the back of the motel, the train was very noisy and very frequent. The tracks and rail crossing is right next to this building. The smell of marijuana was very prominent at this motel, although it is legal in california, it should not be used in public spaces. It stunk. Other guests were quite noisy at times, there should be signs requesting people be a bit quieter outside other people's rooms. The TV was awful - hardly any channels and everyone looked orange on screen. Rooms are quite dated and in need of modernisation but they are comfortable enough. No curtains. The shutters are good, but people can see a little into your room through the gaps in the shutters and if a car parks in front of your room, the lights can be bright!

The room was a good size and very clean - the housekeeper was absolutely lovely, so friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She deserves a raise! The breakfast was lovely, very fresh and tasty - a mix of different scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, porridges, yoghurt, muffins, toast, juices and hot drinks. Convenient location for the airport and getting the bus to the train station to head into the city.

The toilet wasn’t working to 100% but since we stayed for a couple of hours only it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location for rest if you have a longer layover at SFO. The bed is very comfortable and the heating is effective. There are some restaurants in the vicinity.

Our flight from the east coast arrived in the late evening so we planned to stay the night and drive home in the morning. Location to the airport is perfect and had a nice warm breakfast in the morning.
