The only downfall was just due to age of property showing signs of age like bathtub was a nice big jet tub but because of its age we weren’t comfortable actually bathing in it due to the appearance of it just not being clean enough to soak in. The room had a odor just kind of stale not unbearable but like it needed to be aired out. When the air was running it wasn’t noticeable and we did find 1 baby cockroach in the bathroom.

We did not have the breakfast, the room was clean staff was pleasant.

Short staffed. We stayed for 5 days and our room was not cleaned at all. We requested our room to be cleaned on the 3rd day but wasn’t done.

We had to change rooms because the bathroom floor was not clean. The key card didn't work so there was at least a half an hour of jockeying back and forth to get those things fixed. After that it was fine. They are clearly short-staffed.

It was right around the corner from our destination the next day. It was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

I loved the easy visibility to the pool so the kids could swim and play and we could watch them from our door.

I don't have much complaints but they can improve their service.

Breakfast at the hotel is Ok though they can have more variety and especially, they need to add more tables where people can seat to have breakfast. The location is great because it is very accesible and it is easy to get the things you need around plus their Wifi is great.

The hallways were dirty and there were piles of trash by the garbage cans. The pool was out of service. It is an older motel and there were rusty bolts that were falling out of the stairway by the pool. The kitchenette was very basic.

Close to the Concord Plaza. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice big quiet room. Good breakfast with better than average selections. Nice bathroom.

Wet floor by ac. Put towels down the 3 days we were there and the towels were almost muddy. Upon flipping on the light switch we found a live cockroach. While sitting outside A what appeared to be a homeless guy filled up 8 bags of ice and took off in his car with his lights off.

The location was close to Hurricane Harbor so convenient. T

The floor by a.c was soaking wet before we got there. I put several towels down no telling how long it had been wet. Also found live cockroach in bathroom. Glad they were giving out breakfast but was told by front desk lady breakfast stopped at 9! Which I was told 10 am. Another thing the pool may have been open but needs some resurfacing done on the inside of pool because of the ruggedness got several scratches on skin.

That the pool was open and they had pool towels.

The cleaning staff was not friendly AT ALL. What's their problem? I would say hi and they just look at me like I'm a criminal. Whatever!!

If they weren't doing remodeling at 7 am. And if the water didn't turn ice cold in the shower when the other rooms flushed their toilet. Also the water pressure was terrible. Couldn't wash the shampoo out of my hair completely.

The location was convenient for where we were visiting and there is a nations burger and mcdonalds right next door.

The AC wasent working good thing we were there just to sleep. Both nights baby crying next door moat of the night but it didnt bother us since we got three kids and been there.

Area its nice and clean and great location. And the communication receptionist had when we first arrive was great about been short on cleaning stuff and were everything was at.
