Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesUpon my arrival I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary with the room, but the following morning while I was taking a shower I noticed a huge disgusting stain of what appeared to be stool and bodily fluids on the outside of the toilet. I proceeded to call the front desk and talked to Miss Mary, so she could also assess the situation, she told me there wasn't any manager on site and that she would leave a note and make sure that a manager would reach back to me on the following Monday (2 days later). I didn't receive any call from any staff of the Best Western at Slidell Hotel on the following Monday, therefore I proceeded to call the Hotel on the following Tuesday, I spoke to Brittany, who also assured me she was going to relay the message to a manager and had them call me back. Again, I never received a call back on that Tuesday or Wednesday, so I proceeded to call the hotel again on Wednesday , this time I spoke to Chelsea whom told me she couldn't find any notes of the incident that occurred during my stay, and to please email the hotel regarding the incident with the pictures of the incident. I repeatedly contacted staff and property manager Martin Patel for over 2 weeks now, the only staff that reached back to me was the housekeeping manager to inform me that the housekeeping that was assigned to clean the room I had stayed in had been fired. Realistically, how is that helping my situation? I am utterly appalled with the nature of this incident and the way it has been handled this far. I find it very unprofessional, and beneath Best Western standards that a paying customer receives this kind of treatment.
