How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I don’t like that you have to pay for parking. This should be included.
Being right across the street from Disneyland is the biggest draw for this hotel but the rooms are also clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great with lots of choices, and the pool was nice to relax in after traveling.

The air conditioning in the main room smelled really bad and we couldn’t use it, but after mentioning it in the customer feedback survey the manager gave us a discount, totally unexpected but very appreciated! I also didn’t like that the separate room off the main room for my wife and I didn’t have a door for privacy, but overall was a great place to stay.
Breakfast was fantastic, and location could not be better, right at Disneyland main gate.

Our suite had a handicap shower, which is understandable, but there was no way to prevent the shower water from getting all over the bathroom floor. Which then was very slippery, and we had to use multiple towels on the floor.
Breakfast, size of room, comfy beds, pool/hot tub, LOCATION!

Using the room ac was difficult but we were only in the room at night.

Old air conditioning units, broken bathroom lock, and the bathroom fan was very noisy.
The location is great and the daily breakfast was pretty good.

It is an older hotel so if you're a light sleeper please ask for the ear plugs. We couldn't hear others in their rooms just the garbage truck down the road. It wasn't a bother for our party.
The location is amazing. Very close to Disney and within walking distance of shops. The breakfast was really good. There was a coffee machine in the lobby that was great. All the staff was very nice.

Rooms in 3rd Floor close to Restuarant you hear noise when you open the door because Air Conditions or other machines makes noise on the roof of the opppsite building however other rooms are Ok

Nothing I can think of
The staff were very nice.check in was easy. The location is outstanding. The hotel is across the street from Disneyland. It is a five minute walk to the park from the hotel.there is a Dennys right next door to the hotel where we had breakfast 2 mornings in a row.Very good highly recommend! There also a Ihop and Macdonald a block from hotel. The area was very clean and I felt safe throughout the stay.We didn't eat any breakfasts at the hotel. We preferred Dennys next door.they do charge 20 a night to park just FyI it is an older hotel that's been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable!! Some reviews were complaining about price of hotel BUT it is literally across the street from Disneyland a five minute walk so worth it on my opinion! One more thing parking is limited so once we got a good spot wr didn't move the car till we checked out.We walked to the park both days!

Could’ve been decorated in Disney stuff!
The front desk and cleaning staff and breakfast staff were exceptional! The breakfast was delicious, room was great. Loved the hot tub and location was great. A little expensive but it was okay for our family.

Breakfast was amazing! Delicious and hot food. Staff always greeted us. Thanks for the snack bars! So clean...tables were immediately wiped off for the next guests. Our room was so very, very clean. Housekeeping always cleaned our room, wiped down everything and emptied the trash and greeted us daily.
