Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lobby, coffee and breakfast area very good. Reception does not help much with touristic information. Bedroom is very comfy and spacious compared to average. External area with fire pit was very nice ! Good gift shop :)

The price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience. We appreciate the little touches, like real glasses and cups in the room. This motel was as nice as some of the more expensive chains we've stayed at for more than half the price.

AustraliaCloser room to the lift/elevator. Breakfast was quite good although a large Asian contingent all piled in at the same time that forced my wife and I to walk out and come back as they were quite rude and pushed in all the time.
Good size room although a long way from lift/elevator. As an aged person that was not suitable and no one to assist. I think the staff at the desk need to be vigilant of these situations.

United StatesI thought it was strange to have coffee in the room, but no condiments for the coffee. We had to leave the room to go downstairs for cream and sugar. Also, would have been nice to have some bottled water for the coffee machine.
Loved the onsite steak house which had delicious food, the lounge was also nice, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. The manager acting as hostess and bartender was phenomenal with her great attitude and attentiveness!
