Could use more staff during breakfast. Front desk clerk was going up and down to service both. He did a good job, but could have used help.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, although I know it was modified due to the pandemic. The pool area was nice and I liked having a pizza place attached right to the hotel. Very clean and parking was free and convenient.

The trolly cart to put your items on to bring to the room was a little more difficult to utilize since it had an open v shaped base

The only thing I didnt like was the people above us at 2am and at 5am was jumping around and making loud noises that woke us up. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant and bar downstairs was very friendly, had great service and really good food. I would stay here again if I come back to Milwaukee.

The front desk staff at check-in time seemed a tad curt? A smile and just being chill would be great. The night staff, she was amazing though.

The location was great - not Downtown, but just a few mins away, parking was easy and available on the street too - traffic wasn’t too crazy and it was always quiet. Lobby was small though, but clean, spotless and brightly lit - the breakfast area was in the basement - where the bar/cafe was. Front desk also had snacks/refreshments on sale, which did come in handy. Room was comfy, heated up really quickly, good size and loved the fully equipped kitchen - at least it had a proper fridge, and not just a mini-fridge where you have to squeeze everything into. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus, since it had plates, cutlery, etc. Lots of room for luggage, and there were extra pillows, comforter, etc. Bed was super soft, just the right height too and comfy pillows. Bathroom was stocked up with towels and the TV was massive - it was all well planned and designed.

The parking lot was a little iffy.

The staff the cleanliness. Both were great. The room seemed well-maintained. Nothing broken wobbly or stained. Nice bar and grill downstairs which made it nice to hang out. And of course the value was very good.

However, the hotel was connected to an apartment building. I was woken up at 4am in the morning by a crazy person yelling next door, and when I called Guest Services they said they couldn't do anything about it because the apartment building was not their jurisdiction. Also, the air conditioner/heater did not work properly.

Room was clean and stylish. Staff were nice. Breakfast was great.

Terrific stay. Quality room you find in expensive hotels. Had a small cozy bar and pizza/sandwiches restaurant. Pool...exercise room. Blocks from Miller Park where the Brewers play. Excellent value.

parking and ease of traffic flow around building was marginal, definitely and older building that they are trying to maximize space but some of the construction seemed a little less than stellar. staff that was there was trying but definitely stretched thin

hospitable staff but sparse , nice little bar and restaurant in lower level, great shuttle to brewer game and convenient proximity
