Our least favorite thing was the breakfast which was included. The only thing we liked were the ham slices. They had dried-out egg rolls and frozen Jimmy Dean egg and sausage croissant sandwiches that they thawed but tasted old. The coffee wasn't great either. If they improved their breakfast offerings with more hot and fresh items, we would consider returning. It definitely was not the breakfast bar we saw in the photos.

Our husband traveled here for a quick trip to St. Augustine for our anniversary. This location was about 22-25 min from St. George Street so not ideal for those who want to be in the heart of St. Augustine. But, we were Ok with staying a little farther out. Bliss by the Sea was Ok for a 1 night stay. If you are looking for a place with lots of amenities, room service, and/or restaurants on the property, etc, this is not for you. It's a quaint and small inn with a few rooms and one person working the front desk who you have to call if she isn't there. Our favorite thing was the view. They have a pier you can walk on (at your own risk) and it was so peaceful as we listened to the birds and watched the sunset. The room was "ok"... a little musty so my dust allergy would have definitely reacted if we had stayed longer. We stayed in Lotus Cover (room 1) which was on the 2nd floor with a view of the bay. It had a jucuzzi tub that we did not use and the shower was IN the tub which was a bit challenging. Not a room for someone unable to get in and out of a large tub. The bed was very firm so not the most comfortable, but surprisingly we both slept well! There are restaurants and fun eatery places near by and the public access to the beach is close. All in all, it was an OK stay for the price we paid.

Virtual staff were not good for this property & we found that a negative plus they didn’t follow up in an opportunity they could have made it an exceptional moment. Unfortunately, our room had a very noisy HVAC & the tables in the hallway were likely a Safety hazard & probably best left the extra towels by the swim towels on the main floor.

Staff on site were very helpful. The property was very pleasing. The breakfast was very nice & a highlight. We enjoyed the balcony even though there was an unusual partition separating the other room next to ours.

It's contactless which isn't terrible but a bit unusual also our unit 6 had a weird noise coming from the AC vent when the AC would start up again not terrible but noticeable

The beach is accessible only by driving about a mile north.

We enjoyed the boardwalk to the Intercoastal Waterway behind the hotel. The breakfast offered a varied selection and was more than adequate.

The breakfast was terrible. Our room was very, very noisy and dead without view. The virtual use for everything and with texts is really terrible and impersonal. The hotel is very beautiful. It's just customer service need a great deal of work.

Beautiful views from property. You could walk out on board walk behind property, that took you out into a beautiful Bay area. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Great price.

My stay was fantastic, but just a light-hearted warning: the walls are more 'social' than you might expect. Prepare yourself for some unsolicited audio adventures, as you could be treated to the enthusiastic soundtrack of other guests' nighttime activities. Let's just say, it's a live performance you didn't know you had tickets for! LOL.

We had a Jr suite and the couch needs replacing. It was awful to sit on and very old. Also getting in and out of the tub with no bars to hang onto was a problem for us. A walk in shower needs to be put in and get rid of the tub.

Loved the location and the coziness. Was great having a walkway out to the water and benches to sit on to watch the sunsets. Bed was comfortable and nice breakfast.

The continental breakfast was an absolute joke. Sliced oranges with muffins one day. The next day was sliced grapefruit with muffins. There was some kind of sliced salami and cheese also. No juice, no milk. In today’s market it’s not hard to purchase a waffle maker. Also, the Lobby was cluttered with useless unused cabinets.

Nice little motel. With a design that was a change from the normal.
