The bathroom was slightly on the small side as when you sat on the toilet, the sink was above your knees, we did book the smallest room for reference though!

There were lots of positives about this hotel. The staff were fantastic, Sanderson was there immediately to help with our suitcases and brought them up to our room. The staff on the front desk were also great as they welcomed us with a glass of fizz and were very friendly. The location was fantastic, you are only one street back from Miami beach. The free beach chairs and towels each day was very convenient and easy to find. The room also had free bottled waters everyday which was great in the Miami heat. The products in the bathroom were also great.

Parking on the street is nearly impossible, you got to go with the valet.

Right next to Main St. Easy walk everywhere. Installations feel brand new.

Customer service was amazing from check in to checkout, staff so friendly, patient and accommodating. Hotel is currently under renovation but staff still assured us a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Our stay included breakfast however the waiter didn’t know anything about it and at the end the only eligible option for us was the continental breakfast however there were different items on the menu.

So many sounds around. Walls are not having any soundproof, so its bad if you wanna sleep in.

AirCon very dodgy, set to automatic on 72° it rose to 77 before kicking in, then cooled to 71!!! Not good for sleeping. Also we were not told the Hotel was currently being repaired, rubble and dust everywhere. Not good.

Elevator not working Front rooms on every night we were disturbed at 3.30 with noise from guests talking too loud outside sitting at the tables outside the hotel. Had to phone security to ask them to be quiet.

The pool was rather small, the bathroom needs more hooks for robe, towels, etc. Did not care for the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. The elevator did not work.

Staff were great and you are greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne. Very nice decor and they are consistently picking up and cleaning. Room cleaned daily without even asking. Would like to thank Rodney, bartender, DJ and great guy. The 3 PM desk clerk was really nice and the guy greeting at the door was very accommodating (sorry do not know name but he was there today, 4/30 @ 11 am).
