Needs a little maintenance. AC filter was in need of replacing and the sliding door was not fully functional. Windows needed cleaning.

A clean, beautiful facility. I chose it because it was very close to my office at NSU and I saw that I made the right choice. If you need to stay in this region, I would definitely recommend you. You will be very comfortable.

i requested a month before my stay to be in the lower level due to having a disabled family with us but it was never granted and never response back

I recommended to get door locks which is important to provide some safety/privacy to your guests. During our 3 week stay, 2 times we had people coming in, one without knocking the door and the other they knocked but my daughter was in the shower and did not hear the door and found maintenance people in the living room. This made us feel uncomfortable and had an easy fix. Their one site people are nice/decent/respectful people so NOTHING against them.

Location was excellent for us, close to I-595, plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, etc in a 5-10min driving radius. Apartment was fully furnished, well decorated and kitchen well stocked with pretty much what you need to cook. Furniture is almost new, modern and fully functional. Apartment was spotless clean which was awesome. The condominium offers several pools, 2 gyms, half basketball court, BBQ grills and a nice jogging path next to a lake which all is nice and convenient. There's a 24hrs CVS located next door and an urgent care within 1 block in case any emergency. We were really comfortable during our stay while our home was being repaired. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The issue with the water that left us without water in the property for the better part of a day was very frustrating. It would be nice to have some baking dishes in the kitchen.

We loved the apartment we were in with the high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and it was quite well equipped. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated having the laundry facilities. We enjoyed the pool on several days. It was convenient to shopping.

No wash clothes and hangers. There was mold in the bathroom above the toilet. The water was yellow, which means no filter for the water.

There was no information regarding wifi or how to work a/c unit. Temp was set to celcius and the apartment was absolutely freezing This unit had no washcloths for showers and not one fork, spoon or knife in the unit although it had plates cups and cookware.

Location near NSU I have stayed In multiple palm trace units over the course of the past year. This was by far the worst experience due to location of the unit in the complex. This apartment was more “worn” and lacked basic amenities that are always provided in other units we have been in.

We had trouble connecting to WiFi.

The staff were easy to reach via messaging and very prompt and professional. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family of five. It was really nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! Free parking included. Would recommend to our family and friends to stay here and would stay with them again.

Some of the dishes were dirty Needs pest spray, saw 2 roaches and other bugs throughout the stay. Access is via a keypad and the device failed a few times and locked me out (but I called the office and they resolved my problem quickly) All in all, I would stay again.

Excellent location as it’s nearby several restaurants and my child’s college I had an issue with the door access device and the technician arrived within 1-2 hours

The price was raised tremendously after reservation was made, almost making the trip unaffordable.

Great place, very spacious and allowed to work with a great pace while also relax with ease. We really enjoyed staying at this facility.

Master bed was totally uncomfortable, springs were easily felt. The inside of some kitchen cabinets had crumbs, the master bathroom molding was dirty. The couch uncomfortable.

Small maintenance issues - door to the walk in wardrobe was hanging off when I arrived so I removed for safety. Air con wasn't working however they came and fixed it. Little details in what is a very well furnished and accommodated property with great facilities.

Location is great for us as very close to our offices in Davie. We have used these apartments before and will use again
