After unpacking and getting ready for shower, there was no hot water. They offered another room, but it was inconvenient situation because was late night, we unpacked, ready for shower and no hot water and looks like they were aware about that when they selected this room and gave to us. They were very nice and helpful exchanging the room.

Breakfast was only lukewarm. 😟 Door trim in our room had been severely damaged. Was poorly fixed. It’s very cheap to replace a piece of broken door trim.

Location to Bryce Canyon. Value of room. Room was spacious…somewhat rustic, but bathroom was updated.

The hot and cold on the kitchen sink were backwards. Not a huge deal but we did have to pour out water and refill water bottles.

Quiet. Despite the dated finishes everything was clean. The breakfast was yummy.

It needs more outlets & some USB ports for charging phones & stuff. There was an ice bucket but the ice machine was broken. The whole property is a bit run down.

The rustic property is 5 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. It’s a decent value for the price. The linens and the room were clean. There was a refrig in the room. I loved the local wall sized picture on the back wall. There is a free basic breakfast.

couldn't control hot water in shower...kept cycling from scalding to warm. Not within walking distance to other town amenities (granted it is a very small town).

I stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I was a little disappointed when I came back this time. The facility is looking a little worn, not unclean, but not as kept up and maintained as before. One of the heat lamps was out in our bathroom, these are the only source of heat in the bathroom, and when I called and asked for a replacement they said that they would send someone but no one ever came. The continental breakfast was very disappointing, cereal, toast, a chafing dish of scrambled eggs, one of fried potatos and one of oatmeal were the offerings. The eggs were pretty good but the selection was not. We also went to the on-site restaurant for dinner and we're very disappointed. The meat entrees were good, but both the mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables were cold. Service was very pleasant but very slow. Seems like they were probably understaffed, but the food still should have been served warm.

The location in relation to Bryce Canyon is excellent. Close enough to make the drive very short but far enough away to not deal with traffic and noise in Bryce City.
