The staff, first he asked for 20 dollars in cash as “registration fees” which I believe is a complete scam. Then check out time wasn’t flexible at all. A couple of minutes after 11 am he was banging the door of my room asking me to leave.

Very noisy street in the morning, we couldn't sleep, the room was smelly, dusty and not clean, bed sheets wasn't clean.

We came in a middle of a night and the front desk was still working, we found a parking place for a car near to our room.

Front desk guy was very strange, asked for my friends id like 5 times and he wasn’t even the person who booked the room. Kinda suspicious like what are you doing with his ID?? Any other hotel i’ve been too I just give them my id and theres no issues, they also don’t allow visitors so if your coming to LA to spend time with family or friends maybe don’t get this hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars for my 2 friends to visit the room (did not spend the night with us). Also nowhere in the lobby does it say anything about not allowing visitors, a sign should definitely be added, and the front desk guy should be looked into, he was very strange and asking for more information then I’ve ever had to give for a hotel room. Ps I tried to get a refund when he said they don’t allow visitors and I was denied a refund, thats why i went thru and paid the 60 dollars even though this was the weirdest, sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At least put up a sign if visitors aren’t allowed and you don’t give refunds, makes no sense.

The hotel stairs are dangerous to walk on. TV didn’t work. Pillows were completely flat. Bedspread was badly stained. No hand towel available and one washcloth and two big towels for two people. Shampoo packet provided barely had anything in it. This should be a one star hotel.

Location close to airport. Liked the free parking. Staff was nice but couldn’t fix television.

Small rooms. My husband and I were kinda on top of each other. But it gives you enough space. Miss having a microwave in the rooms. The community microwaves were never cleaned. I would clean ours on the side we were on from time to time. The bed is not the best, but it does what it need to.

We didn't have any where else to go. We were here off and on in our 11 months & 28 days of homelessness. Peter & his wife were so kind to us. He would always remind us before the 21st day so we could leave & come back. He always gave us the same room. Therw wasn't alot going on. It is very quiet. I am 100% remote and I was able to work from our room every day. The wi-fi was always good. It is in a central area. Stores & food places in walking distance. Some nice local restaurants. The fridge was big enough to put a couple of days worth of food. If you need towels every day, just put your old ones out they will wash them and give you new ones. It's not like a Best Western or a Studio 6, but on a budget and to get some sleep it works just fine.

It was just it was nice but when I come back the pillows smelled just awful. The towels afterward didn’t measure up.

The bathtub in the shower I like the bathroom that was the only thing that was halfway decent the shower had a nice shower head on it felt good and that's it hell no

I liked the shower the bathtub and the shower that's the only thing I can say I liked about that room I felt like I was in a box of room was so little the room had a smell to it that wasn't a clean smell the bed felt like you were sleeping on boxes stacked up the carpet was dirty every time I laid in the bed or sat on the bed I started itching like if there were bed bugs there or something it wasn't clean at all the TV we're not even going to talk about the TV that was ridiculous the remote controls didn't work you had to push the button 20 times for it to change the channel it was ridiculous
