Cleanliness, needs serious training to house keeping staff.

We knew this property recently changed hands .We didn’t expect it to be 5 star. People who run it seem sincere ,lots of work and money needed to turn things around . Cleanliness being the most important issue ! This pl ace has been neglected for a long time , it does have potentiel.

The TV did not work and asked for assistance, they said someone would come to assist. No one came. Rooms were fair. The elevator broke and taking the luggage upstairs & downstairs was difficult. Breakfast was disappointing.

The breakfast was slim to none. The room was very filthy and outdated. The curtains had what looked like brown bodily fluid on them…the ceiling was stained yellow in multiple spots. The beds were horrible! Hardly slept at all. The pool is open 3pm-10pm. (Which is the main reason we got this hotel so my daughter could swim in the morning before we were set to leave) and due to checkout being obviously before 3pm we couldn’t even do this. The staff were incredibly rude as well. I don’t recommend this hotel….spend the extra money and get something clean and comfortable.

Both beds had dirty sheets, which we removed and requested clean ones. We never did receive the top blanket for one of the beds, we survived. The room had not been swept as there were crumbes in multiple places. The bathroom door didn't close enough for the lock to work. There were only 2 towels in our room booked for 4 people... The door did not have a top latch but the door did lock securely via the bottom. There was No Breakfast. There were no towels in the pool area so we had to use ours in the room. We were told there were no more towels either. The window to the parking lot was less then clean. (I like to check on my vehicle from time to time).

The room was "ready" when we arrived. The pool was a nice temp, the hot tub was amazing both temp & jets. The location of our room from the pool was nice for the kids. The shower had good water pressure & hot water. Once we figured out the television, the options were nice for families. Location was right off the highway but surprisingly quiet making it pleasant to sleep,

On paper this place seemed like a really cool place to stay. Breakfast, pool, lake front. But when you got to the place it was very disappointing. The workers in the front tried to charge me for 2 rooms when I told them I only had a reservation for 1 that I already paid for. But still wanted payment for the 2 rooms. Thankfully I asked what I’m being charged for before I gave them my card. Because they were kinda acting a little weird. One guy was taking care of us. Then the other guy came up and ask us for a reservation I told him he said you reserved 2 rooms. I said no I have one. He push’s more buttons and then asked me for payment didn’t tell me how much. Just said you can enter your payment now. And I asked how much. He told me and I asked why so much. And I already paid online. He said you have 2 rooms reserved. Then the other guy tilted his head and they just gave me my room key. Then we went to the restaurant ordered pizza and wings. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was like a cracker with a few toppings a frozen pizza was better then what they a serving there. The wings were ok. But we have had better. There was hair that was in the bathtub and in the bed. But we were to tired to complain. We were traveling across the country. The bed was springy. It was almost like the owners didn’t want you to use anything. They had Coffee in the room but it was decaf, they have breakfast but it’s served at 9, they had juice in the morning but it was lemon juice, they had waffles but it seemed as though they used pancake mix so it was mushy. We have stayed in way worst places then this one we are just disappointed. This one could have a lot of potential.

It was a really beautiful place. If the owners did a little more maintenance this place would be a really cool place to stay. Lake front property with a beautiful pool. Cool ceilings in the atrium.

The rooms were nasty beds curtains floors.the breakfast was not very pleasant waffles and cereal juice was watered down they need to go through it and do carpet new sheets and curtains sweep and mop floors clean the toilets.

Kids running around everywhere the shower in the room did not work could not use the Jacuzzi or the pool because kids was running all over the place the food was dirty they need fat rules and hours for the kids to use the pool and jacuzzi it's no way that paying customers should be denied access to the pool or swimming jacuzzi because there's kids that ruin it for everyone.

Lack of housekeeping, didn't have enough towels. Breakfast was basically nonexistent, juice machine didn't work or was empty. Shower was lukewarm at best.

Fix the shower, exterminate the place for roaches. Fix the hot water. Actually take pride in your hotel. Don't buy it and not take care of the rooms. I sat my food down for a moment and roaches attacked it. Had to throw it away. The lake was beautiful and calming.

The bathroom smell like urine in my room and it was blood stains on the wall. The tub was it clean and a lot of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

Pool noise until late into the night. People at pool with speakers and screaming kids until we'll past 10:30 pm almost every night for the 4 nights I was there. Gym was closed everyday. Pool access is like 10$ for a wristband . Wouldn't recommend for someone like me who has to be up early for work. No housekeeping during my 4 night 5 day stay.

Place needs to be cleaned!!

Beds were most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Literally had a dent in it from where people slept. (Time to replace that old mattress!!!) There was a pair of dirty underwear in the closet!!! Who doesn’t open everything up and make sure place is actually clean??? DISGUSTING!!!!
