How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The kitchen had everything you needed to cook anything, you just add the ingredients. The master shower was fantastic! The whole house was clean.

My only issue is that there was no iron. And to access channels on the television was kind of difficult but overall a great place

Everything was very nice, the cleaning fee would be the only thing I didn’t like. Should have been included in the rental price. It was just me and my husband and you can barely tell we were there.
Nice relaxing home, beautiful inside and out. placed perfectly in the middle of all our favorite places

I could have used a little more detail in the instructions for locating the options on the streaming services. I just had to go with trial and error, but it was nice to have the streaming channels available.
The location was perfect for a visit to the space coast. The condo was every clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were great at communicating all the instructions and answering questions about weather conditions. It was an walk to the beach. The food and shopping options were readily available withing minutes. The condo was perfect for a couple to visit for a few days.

The bed in the master bedroom was really hard for me and my partner and it would have been nice to have a tv in there.
Property is beautiful inside. It's furnished well and equipped with everything you need. We hate we were only staying one night but would definitely stay here again if it's available. The property manager was nice and allowed us to check in an hour early because we were coming in off of a cruise.

There was nothing not to like! Ocean, shopping, restaurants, and relaxing. Fun and Sun was all around you and if you could not find your own fun and or sun. You arent looking!!
Jeff was helpful by letting us know when we reserved his rental that our options close by to rent a car for our stay before and after our cruise we had booked. First time to Cape Canaveral, and I was uncertain of location to make clear plans until his suggestions helped us out. So very thankful to an earlier check-in as our cruise returned in the a.m.. We were able to arrive at the rental 2 hours prior to the usual 4pm check in. There was a Tiki Bar close by to walk to like literally across the street to go have dinner, dance, and drinks. My husband snored terribly after we returned to the rental and so nice, I had an extra bedroom to sleep in to get up for an early departure. That was fantastic! I can only say thank you and we will definitely return here for another stay when visiting Cape Canaveral again. The house was absolutely beautiful. Everything was great!! The house was warm and inviting. I can appreciate how all guidelines was laid out, Starting with arrival and departure. The house was set up with everything needed to wash clothes to cooking..
The location was really good location down the street from the beaches. Anything was very accessibie such as stores restaurant.Quiet neighborhood.Great neighbor.Park was great the owner allow us the us the garage which was a plus due to we had 2 vehicles!!!

Since it spacious, a few more beds would've been accommodating. I think pull out couches, and futons would be a great addition.
Property was clean, more spacious than expected, well equipped, up to date and in a great location! Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The home is quite near A1A but we were surprised at how quiet it was anyway. I was worried but ultimately it wasn't a problem at all. Ellie Mae's Tiki Bar on the next block got noisy sometimes but always quieted down around 10pm.
This 2-bedroom duplex is a perfect beach getaway for one or two couples. We enjoyed its location near many public beach access spots, city parks and recreation facilities, and a bike path to great seafood restaurants at Port Canaveral. You can park your bikes in the garage... plenty of room and the AC worked great. We stayed cool. We played Pickleball every morning at the city recreation facility just 3 blocks away. Cherie Downs Park is also nearby. Cape Canaveral is a quiet community where you don't have to put up with the noise and obnoxious behavior often associated with commercial beaches. Our neighbors were friendly and welcoming, as were the locals down at the Pickleball facility. We plan to go back every year if we can!

Not enough wash clothes. Wet sheets in the dryer upon arrival. Towels in the dryer. The coffee part did not work as it should. It needed descaled. I notified the person, but it was not remedied.
