Bedding in the king size beds was really cheap fabric that is not comfortable to sleep in at all. The twin beds have cotton which is great but the king size they have the very cheap option and it takes away from the experience. Sofa in the livingroom wasn’t up to standard we thought. It was small, and cheaply made and not comfortable at all. We compare to our friends unit were sofa was super nice and suited the place much better than in our unit. Hot tub was lukewarm.

Loved the ground floor location facing the ocean.

Can't think of a single thing

The condo was the coolest condo I've stayed in. Beds were comfortable, amazing view, the big balcony that you could access from the den and master bedroom was really neat. I forgot body wash the first night but they had dispensers in the shower. Amanda was awesome!! She emailed me before I even arrived and gave me her personal contact number even after hours in case I needed anything. The washer and dryer I didn't see listed but the condo had one which came in handy. Large tvs in every room. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. Very modern decor. Had beach chairs, basketball (for the court), umbrella, cooler, all provided. Even though we never made it to the beach cause of my ball tourney it was awesome that it was provided. We also didn't get to the pool but there was one there. Car washing station that came in handy with the salt that got on the car. We are planning to play in this tourney again next year and this will be the place I will stay if they have any vacancies. Loved the view from the 500's rooms

Everything was awesome

The apartment was great! Everything you need to cook and to wash, very comfortable beds, sofa and an arm chair, the air conditioner worked great! The beach is in 2 minute walk Managers are very patient and helpful))

The unit provided toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies such as dishwasher , dish soap and laundry detergent . As a family of 4 and most adults we had to run out and buy more items as our stay was more than 7 days but it wasn’t too much of concern .

There was nothing we didn't like.

The condo was excellent! Beautiful view of the beach! Many great places to eat. all kinds of activities. We went to Golf n Gators for miniature golf and race car rides like "Mario Kart". Also, Kennedy Space Center, where we saw a launch! We also did a Boat ride in the Banana River and saw Dolphins, Manatee, and assorted birds. And last but not least, an air boat ride to see alligators.

The property has some upgrades, the building itself is old and dated. The unit could use a deep clean. Fan blades had a thick layer of dust, baseboards and tile grout were dirty, rugs were stained (or folded up in the master closet), tub was slow to drain, glasses looked dirty (we ended up just buying disposable). would suggest a new broom and dustpan. The one provided didn’t function well.

Perfect location, steps to the beach and pool. in-unit laundry was great. Master bed was comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie boards, toys provided. Overall, we had a great stay and would go back. When we arrived there was only 1 beach towel. I had messaged the property prior to make sure we didn’t need to bring our own. When I messaged, someone was there within an hour with beach towels as well as bath and kitchen towels.

Some of the outlets and light switches didn’t work in the condo and the ceiling fans were very dusty. The master bedroom was way too soft and loud. Wish we had a few more towels and wash cloths and dish rags.

Loved the view it was beautiful!! And so nice to walk right out and be at the beach. It was quiet and family friendly.

It was a little warm in the master bedroom but a pedestal fan and ceiling fan was available. We are hot nature though.

Unit itself had everything you needed however the unit was dated and not very clean We had to clean unit when we arrived. Amenities were average. Pool was very nice however hot tub/jacuzzi was very dirty.

Great location on beach ! The view from the unit was spectacular! Unit had everything to make our stay comfortable. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. Orlando, Kennedy space centre a quick drive by car.
