    Staff helpfulness variable.

View of Mississippi River is nice from rooms, rooms modern and straightforward, lobby and check in is a bit confusing with hotels connected and the check in desk at the Beale in the midst of the lobby with customers eating and drinking very close by.

The staffing in the diner was very friendly but there appeared to be only two people for the morning breakfast. The lack of staffing caused a line to build for check out and longer than expected delivery of food.

The location was great. Close to Beale Street and Civil Rights Museum. The facilities were very clean and staff very supportive.

There wasn’t anything outside of the smell in the hallway, and not being able to get any snacks after hours. Everything else was great!!

I loved the location, the view, and the style of the location.

Rooms are cleaned after the second day and although I specifically requested cleaning on the second day I never had my room cleaned for my entire three days stay. Some of the stuff especially in breakfast/cafe appear indifferent at best . But nevertheless a good choice and ideal location to explore downtown Memphis

Close to Beale Street. Beautifully decorated rooms. But to really worth choosing this hotel make sure you book a river view room. The Mississippi views especially during sunset are amazing

The parking situation, it took a long time to get the car. The cost was enough for me to choose another hotel in the future.

The gym and fun lobby. The breakfast was different than expected.

The beds are not very comfortable. We stayed on the 10th floor, so there wasn't hot water for very long while showering. Breakfast included needs to be specified as to what that includes and not overcharge guest if they ask the server, and they said everything was included. Make the menus with asterisks that signify it's included.

The quirky vibe. Loved the happy hour and pool table. Very close to Beale Street, the trolley, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

The restaurant was closed, the rooftop bar was closed, and the restaurant/bar that was open closed early. Additionally the parking is expensive valet only. You can choose to stay at a parking garage across the street but it is daily charge… also expensive

    New, modern, clean, friendly staff

We had a major problem with the housekeeping service. We stayed for three nights and we did not have our room cleaned. We advised the front desk person once in the first day and they only gave us clean towels, but they did not removed the wet ones. On the second day, we asked for a housekeeper when we are leaving for the day walk, asked again when we ente for dinner and etc… and we never had the room cleaned. We left after three nights and the problem was not solved. This is not the comfort you expect when staying in a Hotel.

The location was fantastic, the room as great and the staff very pleasant

THE PARKING. It was a literal nightmare. I read reviews and didn’t believe it could be THAT bad. I was wrong. Expensive, inconvenient, and problematic all the way around. The overall staff experience was excellent until checkout. Was asking the person checking us out some questions about the bill and without warning, they walked away when I was mid sentence. They came back but it was odd and rude. Other than those things, it was a great stay.

It was very clean, up to date, and just an all around gorgeous place

We called the hotel prior to arrival to ask about parking arrangements and staff we unable to give any information The hotel is quite new and some staff were unsure about what they were doing so service was slow

The location is great..close to Beale street and the river and within walking distance of many of the attractions in Memphis We walked to the Peabody to see the duck march and to Sun studios There is a multi story car park across the road. We got an Uber from the hotel to Graceland
