Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI found the room had a very strong scent of cleaning agents or paint. I have allergies and this was not so good for me. I just let the door open for a bit to try to clear it out. If you need something, it seems hard to get it; such as, we needed more tissues and they had none.
This is a great place for families and kids. There is no need to leave the hotel to keep the little ones entertained. There is an indoor pool, play room for activities, and an arcade. Dutch Wonderland is right next door within walking distance. We always have a great time here.

United States of AmericaWalls are quite thin and we heard all the conversations of the family next door. The dining room was closed for dinner, but there are plenty of good restaurants in the immediate area on Rt. 30. The indoor pool was small and crowded as was the hot tub. I'm sure the hotel will be much more pleasant in the summer when the outdoor pool and splash pad open.
The theming was very cute, with all our favorite Cartoon Network characters represented. The character visits in the lobby were fun. The room was sufficient for the 2 of us and the beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the bathroom, it wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked and the fact that the drain in the shower was clogged the entire time I was in the shower wasn’t pleasant either.. the tub took the entire night to drain and even the morning after there was still water but the tub! I wish the bathroom in general was cleaned a bit better. I hung my wash cloth up on the curtain rod and was disgusted when I took it down to see black mold on my wash cloth!
I liked the location, the staff were courteous and polite.. the kitchen staff in particular went above and beyond to accommodate my son and i wish the dining area was open for the public but wasn’t due to shortage in the kitchen, besides that I wish I would’ve grabbed the hostess name but she was phenomenal as was the front desk guy John. The beds were comfortable and my son enjoyed the indoor pool just wish it was bigger…

United States of AmericaThe food was bad. The rooms were not especially clean, even though the smell of cleaning products was intense. The indoor pool & arcade are small - the “off season” pricing just flat out doesn’t match up with the amenities. Also why on earth is there no hand sanitizer anywhere when there’s so many communal spots AND a buffet?
The kids enjoyed the dance party & character meet & greets.

United States of AmericaThe staff at cartoon kitchen was horrible. The breakfast buffet wasn't stocked until I was ready to leave. There was only one other table there besides us. A server named Jamie had no manners. Asked me if I wanted my check while I was eating. Then reached over my plate to pick up other dishes while I was eating. Then some guy I will assume was some sort of supervisor came up behind my children and starts talking to us. He should have introduced his self to us. Many games in the game room were broken. The arts and crafts were cute. No cashier in the gift shop. Had to find someone to ring us up.
Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaNot worth the price. Only saw two adventure time characters. For a “Cartoon Network” themed hotel expected to see way more characters. Gift shop has decent things, but pricey. Game Room is small. We were sold an activity card for $28 where my kids didn’t even get to use because no one explained to get the the swag bag etc. they had to be up at 9am. Where I don’t know.
The property is very colorful and welcoming and the staff were nice.

ThailandThe room's building looks cheap and doesn't have elevator for wheelchair. And working to the indoor pool in the winter is kind of hard with the small kids. Maybe should have the expandable dome cover the walking path in the winter and can take out in the summer for better vision. And stuffs at gift shop, the price is quite high.
The main building is cute, friendly environment. Has arcade for kids to play games even not that big but workable. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. The day I stayed had snow and the staffs put salt and maintain sidewalk really good.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the fact that it was more like a motel where the rooms were outside in the pool the indoor pool that is was not inside of and or attached to the main building that would’ve been perfect. however I understand why they made it more of a motel design versus closed in hotel design. There were lots of children trying to play outside and that would’ve been so annoying to have them run through the halls and a indoor building. Great outdoor space to play though.
It was in a great location if it were summertime and we wanted to do Dutch Wonderland. It was also near a lot of shopping malls so we was great for finding good places for clothes.

United States of AmericaThe stairs in the main building should be blocked off from little ones. Very short staffed and the restaurant took a ridiculous amount of time. Not many menu choices. I didn't like the walk to the indoor pool being in PA it's freezing in the winter to walk back to the room. There wasn't a ramp to get to the second floor with a stroller I had to carry it up and down. Not handicap friendly. They could do wonderful things with the downstairs area if they put time and money into it. The main building should be attached to the motel area. Only 4 rooms in main building and the rest is like a road side motel feeling. Kids loved it but as a adult I can see many areas they need improvement on. The staff they has on were great otherwise just stretched to far cause of no help. I think it's unfair that they have to work so hard being so short staffed.
I liked the room and the area for the kids was great. Location was awesome to everything!
